April 26, 2023 - Today Krafft expertly & efficiently installed a new furnace for us, replacing our 1994 furnace. Krafft takes great care of us! March 2023 - Today Washington Gas happened to come to inspect our gas meter. They noticed a valve in our old furnace wasn't closing fully. We called Krafft Furnace Company and their man arrived so fast he was able to talk with the Washington Gas man. Problem solved. Krafft ALWAYS responds immediately & expertly! Old review: We have been service contract customers of Krafft since 1994. Our Krafft serviceman today was experienced, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, prompt, and gave straight answers.

I am in the beginning phase of adding ductless mini-splits, but also have been advised to replace the AC and add some ductwork and registers to solve a problem with the air flow in the house. I am impressed by their professionalism and creativity!

Our furnace (blower motor) broke down on a Saturday and I'm so impressed with their quick responsiveness (came to identify the problem right away on Saturday) and getting our system back up on Monday. They acquired the parts, installed, and fixed another broken part in process. Very much value having their expertise for our unit!! Thank you!

Company was called this morning and had someone available to come out within an hour. We have used this service for many years and are very pleased with their responsiveness and quality of workmanship.

Got home yesterday and no hot air was coming out of the furnace.The furnace is old, more than 20 years. Thinking I probably need to replace it and it’s going to be expensive.
Called Kraft service this morning, and they were able to send someone out. The technician was very professional and friendly and told me exactly what the issue was. The igniter was bad and he had the part and replaced it.
What I appreciate most was his honesty. He didn’t try to sell me a furnace and make money. (unlike the other company, McCarthy Services, trying to sell me a furnace and telling me they could not fix it.)
I asked kraft technician to give me a quote for a new furnace and he send me quotes for 3 different units and additionally explained krafts Preferred Customer Program service.
Absolutely would recommend this company, and will use them to replace the furnace.

We've been a Krafft customer since 1997. They have done a great job with the A/C systems in our historic house that has tight spaces in which to work.

We have had a service contract with Krafft for over 35 years! They have ALWAYS provided superb service, whether during our annual system checks, new system installations, or on the very rare occasions something has broken. I highly recommend Krafft to everyone!
