I knew going-in that major components of the system needed replacement. Technician arrived right on time and one business day after I called. Will provide estimates for a new AC unit and a heat pump within 24 hours so I can compare the two. I was impressed by the technician’s knowledge and professionalism. Nice man, too.

We have used Krafft since we bought the house. They service twice a year with a contract. Technicians are always great. Krafft also replaced our ac/heat a couple of years ago. Seamless process.

We changed our older Carrier Infinity system for the 2023 state-of-the-art model. The new system is great. The Krafft team of three men finished the job in one day. After reviewing several bids, the Krafft bid was the best. We could not be happier with their service. JAH

I have had HVAC contracts with KRAFFT for over 30 years. They are dependable, on-time, professional, real people answer the phone during business hours. I purchased a new HVAC system 2 years ago. Very pleased with their installation. Mark is usually my tech, he is very knowledgeable, keeps me updated of his findings if any and professional. Their contract prices are reasonable. Great company!

Kraft did a great job! Pablo was on time and did a thorough check to figure out and resolve the issue. He went beyond by explaining things re the unit which I didn’t know. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you for the great service!

I have nothing but great things to say regarding Krafft - we needed emergency service on our condenser and they were able to squeeze us in last minute (their weekend coordinator was so understanding and helpful!), diagnosis the problem, and promptly fix it!

AC not working Saturday night.
I called Krafft Sunday morning. They offered to come out that day, but because it was not extremely hot out, I said it could wait until Monday.
Today (Monday) Pablo came and fixed a broken capacitor (?).
Pablo is extremely professional and efficient. The AC is now working well.
