Krafft Service Corporation

I've contracted with Krafft Service Corporation for years, and recommend them without reservation. This time they performed their annual maintenance as part of the service contract, and did so on time and efficiently. The serviceman, Lars, installed the system in my house, so he knows it well and was able to make sure it's in perfect running order.

Pablo from Krafft was awesome. He came and checked my indoor air handler and out door unit. Was able diagnose the problem in no time. He put in a new capacitor and cleaned my condenser coils and my air conditioner runs like a champ! My dad was a HVAC mech for 30 years. I know good service when I receive it.

I have been using Krafft / A-1 for years as has my father before me. Technician arrived early, checked my whole HVAC system, showing me findings as he went. Whole appointment went quickly and to me, thoroughly. I feel comfortable my cooling system is operating well now. Thank You

The technician was extremely polite and took care to walk around the carpet, to wash his hands after handling mold, to ask and answer questions. In addition he was very efficient, going the distance to make sure my problem was solved.
