I've been using Krafft since 2010 and I've only had to call them twice for emergency repairs. Both times, they have come out on the same day and had it fixed within an hour or so. Twice a year, they come out for seasonal service. Every technician I've met has been friendly, professional, and knowledge. Very pleased with this company and the peace of mind that they provide in emergency situations.

I installed a Krafft system when I bought my house in 2015. Mr. Krafft personally oversaw the project to ensure the quality. That said, every technician I’ve had has been equally knowledgeable, professional, & honest. I appreciate working with my technician, Jerome.I recommend Krafft always.

Our family has been calling Krafft/A-1 for years and can’t say enough good things about them. The scheduling staff is knowledgeable and courteous, and the technicians are always professional and honest. Prices are competitive and I’ve never felt like they sell-up…EVER. Most of all, their employees seem loyal and happy with their company. That speaks volumes about the owners. Highly recommended!

Totally recommend having a service contract with them. You won’t be disappointed. We’ve had one for 17 years and the previous owners before us.

On the evening of July 3rd we realized our condensation pump failed and was pumping water into our basement. 😬 On July 4th we called Krafft at 5am - we were the first service call for Pablo to replace the pump. (We paid for the pump.)

Last night (Friday 7/22) approximately 8:30pm we called again - our A/C stopped working and the temp in the house was quickly climbing. Antonio, arrived approximately 9:00pm flashlight in hand and replaced the capacitor. We were surprised and very excited knowing just how hot it’s been, it’s late on a Friday night, and the weekend in the DC/NOVA area is going to feel like 110 degrees.

All of the Krafft folks (service center operators and technicians) are wonderful!! They are pleasant and professional and we’ve gotten to know several of the technicians as they come to our home twice a year to check and service our A/C-furnace for the last 17 years.

Service technician arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was responsive to questions about preventive maintenance and was quite friendly.

I had a problem with my unit & was in a bit of a panic (I have asthma and it was getting hot in my unit). The lady on the phone was wonderful, I was contacted immediately, Antonio arrived quickly and it was all fixed in no time! I've been with Krafft for over 40 years (!!!) and I love you all! Excellent experience with Kraft Services and the technician, Terrance. He thoroughly inspected my AC unit, was experienced and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. The price was fair and the service excellent. I will be using them for my regular servicing in the future

Krafft Services conducted a diagnostic evaluation of my HVAC system. Ultimately it was determined that no action needed to be taken at this time. I set up appointment with Melissa who was very knowledgeable and professional. Jeff the technician performed the diagnostic. Again he was very knowledgeable, personable and willing to share an honest professional opinion. Both are excellent representatives for their company. When it is time to repair or replace my system Krafft Services will be at the top of my list.

I’m very grateful for the professionalism and quality work provided by the Krafft team. We had hired them to continue to maintain the HVAC system when we bought our new home. We knew the old system would need to be replaced. They were the highest bid to replace, but Krafft embodies the phrase “you get what you pay for!” We’re very happy with our new system and the professional team that installed everything in just one day.

We have used Krafft for many years. Their service is very good, very responsive, always on time!
The price for servicing has gone up a lot, we still signed and renewed the annual maintenance contract !
