We have used this company for years and they have always been very responsive to our needs. They are informative and efficient. I appreciate their excellent service.

Krafft came highly recommended through Consumer Checklist years ago, at a time when my AC installation vendor was not being responsive, not solving my system issues, and upselling services I didn’t need. I switched to Krafft and they have been great ever since. Their technicians are excellent, efficient, communicative (willing to talk as much or as little as you might want to about HVAC systems and their workings). Their maintenance and service program is top notch and they persist until problems are diagnosed and resolved. When my system comes due for replacement or upgrade, there’s no doubt that I will stick with Krafft. Highest grades across the board.

Krafft came out same day as my call, talked me through the assessment and repair. They were patient, incredibly profesional and provided a helpful assessment of the future of our HVAC system with no pressure at all so we could anticipate the repairs we may need in the future. I was so happy with this service call that I signed a service contract with them for the next year. So glad they came recommended in my neighborhood FaceBook group!

Krafft does a great job. Jerome, the technician who has been servicing our air conditioning unit for 14 years, is superb. He does an excellent job, and is very responsive to our concerns. I cannot recommend him and Krafft any higher.
