    We’ve been using AAdvantage for several years. The technicians are always nice and professional. We recently had an issue with our AC, they sent a technician out that day and fixed us up (it was a faulty switch). Highly recommend!

    Called them for an issue with my generator. I'm a really handy person (used to be an automotive technician) and often try to fix things myself. I called them to discuss my issue. Other places I called wouldn't consider getting a tech on the phone. Not these guys. They got a tech on the phone, I told him my issue, and he discussed it with me. I really love knowing that a company cares about its customers. It was just great that they were so friendly and helpful before they even came out! Really superb!

    I have used AAdvantage for many years. They are very dependable and professional. The techs that come out are competent and courteous; they provide good information and answer questions. The Manager explained the difference between systems when I needed to replace a furnace. They are also really good at trouble shooting and will come back to try another “fix”. Couldn’t ask for better service from all the employees at this company.

    Whenever a Summertime emergency has come up with our AC unit, A-Advantage has always come to the rescue. Every tech we've had has not only been quick to respond to a call for help, but also courteous and efficient at solving the problems at hand.
    Today John came on a call with Darrius and they diagnosed the issue in about 10 seconds! They had all the parts available to get the AC unit up and running quickly....all at an affordable price.
    We've used the company for almost 20 years and are consistently pleased with their maintenance programs, as well as their service.

    Very knowledgable tech explained what went wrong with the old AC system and installed a new one with parts AND LABOR warranty (annual checkup required). The price was reasonable, it still runs great 10 years later, and when a capacitor blew in July they came and fixed it immediately WITHOUT CHARGE. I recommended them to my parents for a generator install, and they were pleased with the results as well.

    Mr. Goodman has helped us out multiple times with our hvac unit.he has always been punctual, polite, and pleasant. He is willing to answer any questions I have and explains everything he is doing. He installed our unit under a previous condo owner and it is obvious he takes pride in his work treating our unit with care and an attention to detail.

    I scheduled an install consult today between 12-2 pm. A-Advantage called at 1:45 pm to inform me they were not coming as their technician had 1 or 2 others in ahead of me. Clearly with 1 or 2 customers ahead of me, they were aware way before 1:45 they would not be arriving at 2 pm. So after burning 2 hours of leave waiting, I was told I was welcome to call back and reschedule for a later date. I understand things happen and schedules slip. However, it is not unreasonable to expect a call stating the technician is running behind, and asking if it would be acceptable to come by a little later in the day. To just cancel 15 mins beforehand is poor customer service on a potential > $7000 WaterFurnace install.
