This company hired to perform a routine service in mid-March. Just over 4 months later, we found our living room flooded because the condensation pipe had clogged causing over $8,000 in damage. Cleaning the condensation drain is one of the major points of a service. How does a condensation line clog up to the point of overflowing if it was just cleaned. I have to believe that cleaning the line was not performed.

Also, beware: when they supposedly complete the work, the tech will push an invoice in front of you and ask you to sign, telling you that you are signing it stating that the work has been completed. READ THE FINE PRINT above the signature line as it states that they are NOT responsible for ANY damage that may occur because of what they did or did not do.
DO NOT SIGN IT! Signing this relieves them of any responsibility for any damage resulting from their negligence.

Aadvatage has great customer service and is always there when I need them. They are an honest company as well. I was having difficulties with my thermostat and they helped me out over the phone.
