Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

I don't know why anyone would put themselves through this service. The number of questions you have to answer over the phone, the number of times they transfer you to some other representative where you answer the exact same questions is the dumbest systems I've ever encountered. One time I was actually transferred 3 times, all just going around in circles.

They were punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. The job was completed early and I am undoubtedly satisfied.
