Excellent hvac check. Found a capacitor needed replaced, didn’t have one but ordered one. Was told it would be a couple days and not yo run system. Finally after a week I called and it appeared they forgot about it. They did have someone come that day and replace it.

Serviceman quickly determined a drum fan issue. Inspection found a broken bracket. Request for new bracket ordered. Friendly and informative.
