    We have been loyal Frosty's clients for over 12 years now and they have never let us down. They installed our Trane HVAC system, and we have a regular semiannual maintenance contract. Phil came by for our fall maintenance checkup and was, like the other Frosty's techs we've had in before, a true professional. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Just another reason we have stayed with them all this time. Cheers!

    Purchased a new system 2.5 years ago and have had numerous issues since (note, it is still under warranty). Each time a technician comes out they are courteous but months later a new issue appears. This week my system went out completely and I called for service. Technician provides what he called a "temporary fix". Two hours later the same issue occurs. I call and report the issue. Technician assures me a supervisor will call first thing the next day and apologized for the issue. Next day arrives and no one calls. I call and am told someone will return my call because they were all in meetings. Several hours later and no call so I call again. I am told a supervisor will come out the next day in the afternoon. I've now gone almost three full days without ac and the company has yet to contact me. This is extremely poor customer service.

    I was referred to James and his team by one of my salesmen who has dealt with Frosty’s for years. They were professional, prompt, polite, and personable. They took great care to wear masks, shoe protection, and put down drop cloths to spare our walkways.

    They’re an efficient bunch of guys who I would not hesitate to use again. Thanks for doing a great job.

    We have a yearly contract with Frosty's to maintain our HVAC. their technicians are always honest about the status of our system (old house and new). This week, Patrick came and wore gloves, mask and maintained a good distance from family members. Thank you for reliable & trustworthy service!

    Frosty's was easy to schedule an appointment. I received a text message when then service engineer was en route to my home. When he arrived he wore a covid-safe mask, was quite polite, and very efficient with his time. He gave me sound advice regarding my system, which I appreciated.

    Bryan (most recently) and Patrick (previously) have been great: timely, organized, knowledgeable, efficient. And, they are helpful and informative if/when I have questions. When I first moved in, Patrick sat down with me and explained what an HVAC was. Both have given me advice about filters. Also, the front office is superb: real, live person answers. They are quick and smart about making or changing appointments. Very pleased with every aspect of my experience with Frosty's (and I've been a client for 1.5 years).

    Did a wonderful in installing my new heat pump. He was patient in answering all of my many questions. He was efficient. He cleaned up after the service and he explained all features of the equipment and the thermostat. The service from Frosty’s was outstanding. Andrew represented the company well. The customer service was superior.

    I have used Frosty's for a great deal of work over the years. In particular, my current home has had a lot of issues with cheap appliances and I've had to replace both HVAC zones over the last 24 months. I live in DC and this is very difficult as neighbors are always going to be inconvenienced by construction work especially when it involves bringing in a crane and blocking traffic.

    Frosty's sent Leo and Paul who were exceptional. They were on time, professional, worked around kids in the home and wore masks and gloves. I would highly recommend Frosty's and Leo and Paul in particular.

    [THIS WAS WRITTEN IN 2020, BUT I DID NOT REALIZE THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN POSTED AT THE TIME. THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN GREAT.] We've a long history with Frosty's, installing and maintaining our systems, and they value customer loyalty. Our Trane system was notoriously short-cycling, but doing so intermittently. Phil diagnosed what the source of the failure was, which was going to call for replacement of the coil and associated sensors, an expensive repair. I asked if it might be more cost-effective, over time, to replace the system rather than repair it, not knowing what it's lifetime or maintenance requirements could be from this point on. Phil answered many questions I had in identifying and then weighing the pros and cons of the additional cost of a replacement. That was my ultimate choice and I'm not second-guessing it. This will be our third system installed by Frosty's, and I know it will go OK and that, should there be any problems, they will be remedied. Phil's a fine diagnostician and technician.
