I recently had Frosty's out to replace a 15yo A/C unit. They beat the next lowest bid for the same model unit by more than $1k. Dylan and James who did the install showed up on time, were friendly and professional. Highly recommend, definitely on my short list for future repairs/replacements.

I've never done business with this company. But a few days ago there was a driver on 95, left lane, going SB that was ALL over the road. They kept drifting on to the shoulder and into the lane next to them. At one point they swerved abruptly onto the shoulder going almost all the way across before sharply correcting. It was nerve-wracking to watch. I don't know if they were distracted or tired, but whatever the reason they should have pulled over.

The entire team at Frosty’s is incredible—I’m so impressed! From getting a new HVAC unit ordered and delivered earlier than we expected, and weeks sooner than any other vendor, to Frosty’s office manager, Stephanie’s, incredible patience with scheduling, to the professionalism of the technicians, James and Dylan, who kept us calm even through a difficult and stressful install, we are so impressed and grateful to the entire Frosty’s team. Replacing an HVAC is never fun but you and your team went above and beyond. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the work done at my house today. Tyler and Phil were professional, courteous, and kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout. I would certainly recommend Frosty’s to friends and colleagues, and I would recommend Tyler and Phil in particular.

Frosty's did a full replacement of our 30+ year old HVAC system, and it was a great experience overall. The owner, James, came over and walked us through the various offerings, including which units qualified for the latest tax credits. James was very responsive and patient with our questions, and his extensive experience working in South Arlington was a definite benefit. His team showed up on time when scheduled and did a great job replacing the old ductwork in our attic. We appreciated James' commitment to customer satisfaction - when we weren't satisfied with how our new, larger outdoor heat pump was placed on our patio, James suggested various alternatives and sent a team out to level the ground underneath and fix it to our liking without additional charge.

Frosty's is an outstanding company and glad they have taken care of our heating and AC needs for over 22 years. Today's installers like all before did an outstanding job and go the extra mile to customer service job one.

Their customer service is outstanding and they are always looking for ways to help you save money. Their technicians are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I just had a new AC system installed at a very reasonable price. The technicians/installers, Paul and Dillon were on time and got the job done faster than expected and everything was completed at the price I was quoted!

Tyler was here for an early summer inspection/maintenance visit. He was friendly, professional, and highlighted that we were likely to need to replace a capacitor next year, so we could make sure to budget for that. He also noted that our water heater is getting very old (which it absolutely is) and discussed some different options for replacing it. Extremely worthwhile, as always we are happy with Frosty's!

Frosty’s helped us when our HVAC died suddenly two weeks (!) before we planned to schedule a full replacement. As an 8 month pregnant person in July it was rough to say the least, but the owner got us scheduled as soon as possible during what I understand is the peak of their busy season! Dylan and Tyler were professional and competent installers. We were very pleased with their service and follow-up to make sure everything was handled. Happy customers!
