As for Frosty's I've always received good service and technicians. They are worth considering if you are looking for someone to take care of your heating and cooling needs.

Mauricio did the necessary repair quickly and efficiently. After he was finished he took a few moments to explain the work he had done and answered my questions.

Frosty's under the ownership and leadership of Mr. James B. is the best company i have ever dealt with among many in the DC area and in Phoenix. Their front office staff including Dixie among others is very customer friendly and super efficient. For their A/C sold they honor the warranty to the T. Their owner even takes time dealing directly with some A/C factories to secure best deals for the customers. In my case, the owner even communicated with me by texting messages. I hope Frosty's would consider having a branch office in Phoenix!

Wonderful service!! Amazing staff, very professional and timely. Arrived first thing in the morning (special thanks to Larry Ward, Paul C and Andrew!). They were able to complete a complicated job, replacing the AC unit on our roof as well as several other associated projects with this new unit. The were respectful, tidy and efficient. We had a great HVAC repair experience with Frosty's (James and Andrew). They came out quickly, put a temporary solution in place while we waited for a part, and check a lot of possible solutions to be sure they were fixing the actual problem. We'll definitely use them again.

Do yourself a favor and call these guys. We had what appeared to be a nearly impossible (without smashing out a wall or disassembling our entire HVAC system) hot water heater replacement job. The techs who came out were extremely professional and were able to miraculously remove the old tank and install the new one without having to remove the HVAC or smashing through walls. We had other companies come out and tell us they either wouldn’t do it, couldn’t do it, or they would for 3x the price and without any sort of assurances that it would be successful. They were professional, quick, efficient, and extremely resourceful. Will call them again in the future if we have another issue down the line.

I've been using Frosty's Heating & Cooling for my bi-yearly maintenance of my HVAC system. They have always shown up on time, were friendly and professional. Their recommendations for additional maintenance were never under pressure but always to keep my system running smoothly.

Courteous and professional and good at what they do. Are they good sales-people? Yes, as in they like quality and you often pay for quality. But, their confidence in their products helped me make better choices for my home.

Our AC died and Frosty's came to the rescue. No pressure - just facts and AMAZING service. Our daughter has special needs and is heat sensitive. Heat can lead to seizures. Frosty's understood our situation and worked so quickly. The team was extremely courteous, clean and professional. They checked in with us after the installation to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were happy. I seriously cannot recommend them enough. They are really good people:)
