    Went from zero AC to quote to Full Heat Pump installation in 2 days! Dylan and Paul are excellent technicians, they had to remove and reinstall a water heater to install a new air handler, and completed everything in less than half a day!

    I have used Frostys for year but our most recent experience made it worth writing a review. I worked with Larry when our unit was freezing over and he was incredibly responsive via email and phone. We currently live across the country so communication is key and he went above and beyond to communicate with me and the customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend their service!

    I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the service I received. The technician (Todd) was prompt and professional. He helped fix the problem we were having...exactly the way we were hoping...and carefully explained what we experiencing. Todd also made certain our whole system was functioning properly by testing beyond the issue we called for. Every customer service interaction should be this pleasant. I absolutely recommend Frosty's folks based on this experience.

    Phil at Frosty's is a pro. He clearly leveraged his 30+ years of experience and was very patient with the HVAC needing repair/service. He walked me through each step and purpose of his process. Also was able to provide me options with quotes for optional work for further repair, maintenance and replace of parts.The work done inside my unit and on the rooftop easily added life to my HVAC and value to my home.     The folks at Frosty's Heating & Cooling, Inc. cam by twice, once for review of the issue and diagnosis and a follow up to install the needed new heating. They showed up first thing in the morning both time, and were very friendly in explaining the issues and the work they would do. they got the new heating installed fast, efficiently, and were pleasant the whole way though! The work didn't just get done: it was done on time, effectively, and with every step explained to me that showed respect, not condescending. absolutely recommend!

    We called Frosty's after calling another company that told us we needed to have our unit cleaned. After that service, the A/C still wasn't cooling well. I told the Frosty's agent when I made the appointment that I only wanted a diagnosis of the problem and the agent said it would cost $129.95. I agreed and scheduled. The tech showed up early and my husband, who's on an oxygen supply, told him he had to get his husband (me) who's upstairs. The tech said "Well how long is that gonna take, I have other calls." Then, when he came inside after looking at the outside unit he started explaining to me what he was finding and wouldn't let me ask any questions. He continued to interrupt my questions when I tried. When I told him I didn't understand, he said, "Well I can't dumb it down any more than I just explained." He said next time call someone else and then said we owe $300 for the work he did! I said I was very clear that I just wanted a diagnosis and he said, "Well you saw me working out there." I told him again that I just wanted a diagnosis and he said that I was refusing to pay and he'd charge the $129 and next time to call someone else. We will! I checked the "yes" box on their reliability because he showed up on time, but I can't speak to any other reliability. I don't know if the tech was reacting to our rainbow flag and my husband's reference to his husband but, in any event, telling someone on oxygen to "hurry" is just offensive. His attitude from the start was poor, and only got worse.

    Follow up: On Friday, I called the company to complain and was told someone would call me back on Monday. Today is Tuesday and no one has cared enough to call back. Really poor service both from the tech, and management.

    Todd from Frosty's provided excellent service in repairing our AC, which hadn't been providing cool air. For the diagnostic visit, he was professional and helped explain in simple terms what needed repairing. For the repair visit, Todd was able to come by almost a week earlier than the scheduled visit because he was in the neighborhood assisting someone else. The repair was done quickly and efficiently and now we have functioning AC!
