The Caffi technician who originally evaluated our water heater gave us professional and helpful feedback for consideration. We were able to schedule our installation within two days of making our decision, and our technicians, William and Martin, arrived at the scheduled time and quickly installed the heater. They were friendly and efficient, and the entire experience was great. We highly recommend!

Second time Caffi has helped. Their plumber Brian M is the best -expert, quick, clear-eyed and very thoughtful of the customer. On his first visit, he fixed an emergency leak. Wrote a separate view on his responsiveness and care w/my kitchen. When he was there, he noted that a "gateway" was very old, the fixture out of date and worn, and could pose problem in future. I know he was right because I had a similar fixture elsewhere break down... So -brought him back to install the updated fixture. He was prompt, expert -did a terrific job. Caffi is pricey --and I believe worth it for such work.

Martin from Caffi was very professional and competent.
This is the second time we have used him in the last two weeks.
He certainly did great work and we will use him again. Great employee for Caffi, just like all the other times that we have used Caffi.

Brian Mojica came to replace our hose bib and shut off valve. He arrived early, but called ahead to confirm that was alright. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Was careful to always where shoe covers inside. I let him know I needed to put my son down for a nap while he was working. Brian did an excellent job of keeping the noise level down there after. When he was finished he cleaned up thoroughly and fully explained the repair. Caffi is lucky to have Brian.

I called Caffi Services to fix a leaking hose bib. They arrived on time, evaluated the problem, offered a no-hassle fix, and were finished in an hour. (The repair was complicated because of the location of the water line that ran inside the basement wall and up into the ceiling.) I was most impressed with how knowledgeable and professional Brian and his assistant were. They did an excellent job and took special care to clean-up the work area and make everything look nice. Caffi Services has been my “go-to” plumber for years, and I firmly believe they provide the best service in the area for both big and small jobs.

We are extremely pleased with the terrific Rinnai boiler that Caffi installed to replace the ancient cast iron boiler on our baseboard heating system. Ayrlon was terrific to deal with and told us what we needed at a price that was very reasonable. William and his team did an elegant job. It is a thing of beauty and has so far run flawlessly.

Caffi came to fix a leak in our kitchen faucet and to get a heating/cooling mini split working again. They were on time, professional, very friendly, and the work was done quickly and accurately. Would absolutely hire them again!

Martin from Caffi Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my leaking pipe. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and gave me a thorough explanation of what caused the leak and how it would be repaired. He also left no mess to clean up. I definitely would recommend Caffi Plumbing to friends and family.

Brian G and his partner did excellent work, troubleshooting an issue, determine the problem and promptly solving it. We’ve used Caffi for many years, including hiring them a few years back to replace all our aging, 1920s-era plumbing, basement-to-roof. We continue to rely on them for great service.

Caffi's tech was friendly, courteous and very well informed. He shared photos of the worn parts in our AC compressor and, after our approval, replaced them. He gave a thorough check of our HVAC system and replaced the air filter.
We have great confidence in and appreciation for the work done.
