Caffi is my go-to service provider for all plumbing matters in my home. I have used many providers, but it was Caffi who won my loyalty when they ameliorated a calamity on my property a couple of years ago.

Mac is highly competent, experienced, avuncular, and funny. And his team is quite capable.

We've been using Caffi as our plumber for at least 25 years. They're reliable and they let you know if there's any scheduling problem. They do the job right, they fix only what's really necessary, and they look for ways to save you money. The schedulers and plumbers are courteous and listen, and will suggest ways to avoid the same problem in the future. They obviously have my vote.

Caffi rep, Martin, assessed the plumbing issue qucikly and correctly. initiated action and resolved the issue in a timely manner. his work was clearly impressive. well. done! will use Caffie services again.

Caffi Services just moved my AC unit from under the deck to the side of the house and placed a stainless steel pan under the washer dryer. I have never worked with a nicer more professional team. They were so detail oriented with all the rewiring and work and really exceeded all expecations .

An Appointment was Set and they arranged for a Technician, Brian, to come the next Day … I’m All Good and Pleased that I chose Caffi for my New Heat Pump last year.

Caffi came through for me during a crisis!! They were able to book a same-day emergency appointment for me after my Danze tub and shower valve began to leak and were unusable. I was able to get a replacement cartridge Next Day Air from UPS and Caffi's Patrick installed it within an hour of my call! Totally AMAZING! :) Although he put in the new cartridge, he suggested that a new faucet was in order because my fixture is quite old and the replacement cartridge is not as suitable as the OEM, which is no longer manufactured. I agree with him. In all fairness, Cropp & Metcalfe were my original plumbers in this "home improvement" project and they did a professional job too with diagnosing the problem and guiding me as to what new cartridge I should buy, but unfortunately they could not schedule a follow-up appointment as soon as I needed during a very stressful situation. THANKS CAFFI! :) I plan to use your services in the near future.

Three toilets needed repairs of different types. Problems quickly diagnosed and then repaired. Very pleased with Caffi’s plumber for his expertise and customer communications.

We use Caffi for all HVAC and plumbing and we have an annual HVAC contract. They are very responsive and reliable and never try to upsell us like other high pressure companies have in the past.
