Perry Aire is awesome. They installed HVAC systems for us in 2 homes. They have responded for ountless emergency repairs over the years to include a Hot Water Heater. They have always worked wonderfully with my tenants and have been very accommodating to our family schedule. Highly recommend.

Perry Aire quickly replaced our HVAC system and worked well with our home warranty company to ensure new equipment was purchased and installed before the arrival of the summer heat. We appreciated the detailed communication, from the on-site installation team, the project manager, and other supporting team members. Our new system has performed up to our standards, which is a credit to the installation performed by Perry Aire.

PerryAire has provided me quality service on a couple of occasions. This time B. R. provided professional, quality repairs for my faucets, toilets and feed lines. He had everything that was needed, explained the repairs, and demonstrated the fixes. He was timely, worked quickly, and left every area as clean as when he arrived. Payment was processed on site and invoice provided instantly via email. I am very pleased with this service! Excellent work!

I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Jorge Ventura. Extremely personable and went above and beyond to explain the ‘why’s’ and ‘how’s’ of my HVAC issue. He went into my attic, basement, outside and diagnosed the problem which also prevented a premature purchase unlike the competitors who wanted me to get a monthly payment plan and claimed a pet wasn’t working when in fact it was.

Steve quickly organized hot water replacement on Friday. For same day! Brendan the head tech was indeed an expert. Knowledgeable, he organized and executed the work. He was
always pleasant and professional. Jorge complemented the efforts of the first two. Did great.
It is hardly believable that all this work could be organized and accomplished so quickly.

I have an old house, so I'm in the habit of collecting contractor information, whether by mail, word of mouth or otherwise. I saw a Perry Aire vehicle around the neighborhood (Marketing teams: vehicle graphics work!!!) and took down the info. When I had several issues in the house that needed different skillsets -- plumbing, electrical, etc -- I called them because they seemed to do it all. I don't regret it one bit. Robin "Coop" Cooper came to the rescue, diagnosed the problem in each of my issues almost immediately and got to work. He was pleasant, professional, gave me tips for ongoing little stuff to help take care of things...he was just a great dude. I want to take him fishing and hear more stories! But I would undoubtedly do business with Perry Aire again. Everyone from their office personnel were responsive and professional as well and Robin did a great job. Highly recommend them.
