    Have tried a number of HVAC companies over the years and I think I found one to stick with. AC was not working well - the office person said they could do next day on stand buy and had me give all the info I could. The tech called at 9:30 and was there by 10 with the likely parts in hand (Yes they were the parts) and my AC is back up and running - had them also do full system check on our dual zone system. Very responsive, very polite, didn't try to upsell me.

    Dishonest company that will attempt to tell you falsely there’s an issue with your system that costs thousands to fix. Thank goodness I had a second opinion who came in an provided a realistic picture of the issue (which only cost $200 to fix). Do not trust them! Totally deceptive and won’t own up to their lies or provide a refund for services not met.

    A+++ rating. Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioner and gas furnace. Excellent experience from initial consultation, estimate, and installation. The company explained the pros and cons of different equipment models to enable me to confidently chose equipment that met my efficiency goals at a very competitive price.

    The installation was top-notch, neat, and professional. Clearly the installers take pride in their work, and they were prompt, efficient, and courteous. Absolutely outstanding.

    We give our highest recommendation to Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning. Earlier this year we needed a new AC, furnace, and water heater. The consultation, estimate, and installation were first-rate - and everything that was installed has worked perfectly. Our house has been under the constant care of this company (not a single gap - we're the second homeowner) from the time our house was built in 1968 (the family-owned company dates back to 1944), including twice-yearly maintenance checkups. Special thanks this year to: Roberto who, along with many excellent technicians there, kept our aging equipment going for a long time and helped us understand when we needed to make upgrades; Peter, who patiently explained our options with expertise and precision; the efficient and kind Jennifer and Kaitlyn, who helped arrange everything/handle scheduling over the phone; Tom D, the installation manager who, with colleagues, helped get the equipment into our house (surmounting a complicated front door/back door situation); and Baca, a highly talented, dedicated person who installed all of this with help from his great coworker Ever. If you do business with this company, we’re sure that you will be very pleased.

    A+ rating on service and installation! These guys definitely earned my future business. The owner of the company is professional, courteous and knows what he’s doing. We worked together to come up with a solution that best fit our needs after our unit went out. We managed to do the install ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule. They took the time after installation to ensure the unit worked properly. I don’t want to leave out the crew so Brian, Travis and your techs, great job!

    I had a service agreement with them. My credit card expired. They never called to let me know my payment didn’t go through. Never told me my agreement was expired. Do I never received my fall tune up from them. My heat stopped working right. Wouldn’t shut off or get to the temperature that I set it at. So I called them. They came out on a Saturday. The technician never went outside to my unit. Just cleaned system up inside. And got furnace to work. But by now I had to pay for a service call. Start up my agreement with them again. And still schedule an appointment for them to come out and do the check up on my system. They came out today said my system was froze up. Now remember they were just here 2 weeks ago. And they never found that out at that time when they were supposed to come out and check out what was going on with it. So now it is on emergency heat until they can come back out on Thursday when they say the system will be unthawed. Well when I didn’t have a contract they were always calling to try to get my business. But now I was just over looked. And still don’t know what is going on. Except that fir the last 2 months I have paid 150.00 more on my electric bill than normal. And now don’t know what I am going to have to pay them when they come back out. I am really upset that I am having to pay all this money because as they say they are sorry. I was overlooked because they were to busy to call there customer to let them know there was a problem. But I bet I will not get any money back or help on all the money I have had to put out because of all of this.

    A recent incident illustrates why I have been a highly-satisfied customer of Arlington Heating and A/C for over 20 years with a maintenance agreement providing priority emergency service.

    One morning during the recent period of terribly cold weather, I awoke to find that I had no heat whatsoever. When I called the company, Jessica said that they were swamped with calls, but assured me that someone would come to the house that day. Jessica called me again to inform me that I was next on the list and once more to report that the technician was on his way. With the temperature in the house rapidly falling, it was very reassuring to receive these calls.

    Within two hours of my call, Mike appeared at my door. Mike has serviced my equipment for many years, and he is highly skilled, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He quickly identified the cause of the problem as a bad circuit breaker in the electrical panel for the air handler. Despite this handicap, Mike did not give up. He continued working on the system and miraculously was able to restore heat to the house. He carefully explained to me about the need to replace the breaker. He also patiently answered all my questions. Facing the prospect of a freezing-cold house, Mike truly “saved the day.”

    For coming to my rescue during my heating emergency and providing outstanding customer service, I offer my sincere thanks to Jessica and Mike.

    Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning has provided great service. They are cleaning up a mess of an install of an off-brand unit by a different company that has caused us endless trouble the past 2 years. The on-call weekend technician returned my call promptly and walked me through a quick diagnostic on the phone, ordered the necessary part immediately, and scheduled the repair labor within 2 days. The part arrived a day early and we were notified immediately to have the repair appointment moved up ahead of schedule. Their prompt service was a savior as the house was getting hotter and more humid with every passing hour without air conditioning!

    I've been a customer of Arlington Heating and A/C for over 5 years. We purchased and entirely new A/C system and ducts and the installation was top notch. based on the quality A/C servicing we expanded our service contract to include the boiler and radiant heating system.

    Serviceman Michael was here for the quarterly maintenance a week ago. We have an old boiler and it's about due for replacement. We had a good conversation with him and he explained the options based on his many years experience. Michael presented his recommendations so my wife and I could make an informed choice we feel good about. A formal estimate was in my inbox the next day.

    Over the year's I've spoken with the office staff and even the owner. Arlington heating and A/C is very professional, reasonably priced and knowledgeable from top to bottom.

    I have been a satisfied customer for over a dozen years, at three different houses that I have owned and lived in. I always get the annual maintenance contracts as the price is reasonable. Curtis has been the technician assigned to all three of my neighborhoods and he is excellent- friendly but professional. Scheduling appointments is easy - the people working the phone are efficient and nice. No complaints on service or price.
