They service our home boiler and water heater; great experience so far. Really appreciate the effort that they made to come out to fix our boiler late in the afternoon, get the needed part, and stay to fix it through the evening so that we were all set.
Fail! I scheduled an appointment three weeks ago. I called two days in advance to confirm. In both cases I gave the correct address and unit number for the condo to be serviced - unit #804. I was given an "appointment window" of 9 AM to Noon. At 11:15 I was called and told the technician was on his way. After another hour, the technician arrives out front of the building and, without getting out of the van, says "Sorry - we don't service condos!" Really!?!? At what point was this information available? Not on the website. Not on the phone with their representative who TWICE confirmed the address with the unit # of 804. You get one chance to make a first impression... these guys blew it!
Solid company, have been pleased with our service over the last 15 years. They are a little pricier than you can find with a one-man operation, but that is just basic economics--someone needs to pay for the people who answer the phone when you call, the matching trucks, and advertising.
I worked at Arlington Heating and Air for 8 years. I left over a year ago to pursue my career into the commercial side of the trade. Looking back, especially after meeting a lot of people that worked for some other residential hvac companies in the area and hearing the lack of training and money driven ethics pushed on them. I have to say Arlington Heating and Air gave me a solid foundation. They really instilled the value of doing the job right, made sure I had the technical training and support I needed, and taught me the importance of honesty and professionalism. I am very thankful for all they poured into me over the years especially Kim Elbisi, Doug Ashwood, Tom Dawson and Tommy Croker.
Mike came out to service our units this morning, and if I haven't done so before, I just want to let you know how courteous and knowledgeable he is. It's so nice having the same person come out time after time who is familiar with our home and family. I'm going to miss Mike!
Within a month of moving into my new home, I contacted Arlington Heating and Air Conditioning to replace the 12 year old Rheem furnace and A/C with Arlington's recommended two stage Luxaire system. The old system in the house made a great deal of noise that was caused by inadequate return air. It was surprising to me that since 1964, when the house was built, no one had ever added more return ducts. Every previous HVAC system must have had a short life (or shorter than it could have been) from a simple lack of adequate return air.
I have learned the importance of proper installation in getting a properly functioning HVAC system. It would not have been enough if the install team just added a new a/c and furnace. In 3 days, Arlington's install team completely reengineered the HVAC system with a more efficient design as well as new and enlarged return ducts. Now when friends come by to "inspect" my new house, I don't hesitate to show them the HVAC system first, before any other home improvement. I definitely got my money's worth.
called them at 8am this morning, tech was at my door by noon, diagnosed problem, fixed problem and took the time to explain future options for ac needs. definitely recommend.
I gave them a try based on a neighbor’s recommendation. My experience was night and day with them. Mike was extremely rude, useless and condescending from the time he stepped foot in my house. This area is saturated with plenty of similar businesses. I’m taking my money elsewhere. I will never use them again.
Great experience yesterday with Arlington Heating & AC. Great customer service! Our technician, Martin, was super nice, knowledgable and very COVID responsible! I highly recommend this company!
THE BEST! I was having a stressful week and my A/C died on top of it all...called them in total panic mode and someone was here w/in about 2 hours. Great service, honest prices - love them!
