Renovations of 2 bathrooms included demolition of old and installation of new plumbing, fixtures, walls, new tile shower stalls; painting and cleanup. The Lead Carpenter, Mark Stone, worked diligently to " get it all right", keeping things on schedule, being sure materials were here when needed and tracking all the details of the job. He also made sure that everything was cleaned up every day! The Production Manager, Corey Hinds, kept track of all the contract details and kept in close touch with us, making sure that we were happy with every day's progress. I do hope to have them do more work for us in the future.

Caffi Services did a great job replacing our leaking hot water heater. Briyon and Martin were kind, courteous, and reliable.

In November 2022, Martin and Brian installed a new water heater for me and also repaired some hoses to my washer. If I could award 10 stars, I would. Excellent installation, professional service, and thorough cleanup when the job was done. Recently I asked Caffi to see if there was any active plumbing leak in another area. Martin and Martin were very thorough and assured me that there was no active leak. Great experiences both visits.

Martin Pineda was very professional, responsive, and informative. He left everything neat and clean. He's a real credit to his profession and to Caffi Services.

Technician arrived on time, located the source of the leak quickly and fixed the problem, a leak where the drain pipe connected with the disposal, in a matter of minutes. Brian trimmed the rubber-like flange and reconnected the pipe. It was so quick and simple that we paid him not the flat fee for having the plumber visit our house.

Briyan Gonzalez was our technician today and man that guy is a one stop shop. Had everything he needed and more for the job and didn’t drag his feet at all, quick to get to work and get the job done! Will be only going to Caffi Services from here on out. Thanks again!

Robert was very patient with us, found water shut-off valves at our house, had to order parts which were delivered by Caffi shortly after & left everything as clean as it was before he came in!

Martin was terrific. He checked and fixed problems and recommended some items for water damage risk mitigation. Not items sold by Caffi. Under sink mats and water alarms available online or at Home Depot.

In a situation requiring water turn-off to an entire tier of a bldg. that could have become an emergency, Caffi (Brian Mojica & helper Johnathan Castanaza) did a great & clean job in promptly preventing that with a complete new system/valves. A special thanks for coordination, led by Mgr. Terry Munro, with our bldg. management/engineering that kept water turn-off to owners to a minimum. Very pleasant solution to an unpleasant problem.
