We had 2 hose bibs and 2 shut-off valves replaced. Patrick was extremely professional and went out of his way to take care of our plumbing needs. The quality of the workmanship was very high and we are completely satisfied.

The HVAC technicians are courteous and efficient, and professional. After my first experience having them at the house, I signed up for a maintenance agreement, and I’m glad I did! Kudos to the HVAC technicians for great customer service.

I had an emergency when my 27 yr old hot water heater started leaking. I appreciated their quick response. After draining the tank ,Arylon helped pick up all the wet towels that were on the floors in two rooms and suctioned up water elsewhere. He thoroughly went over all my options. The team was responsive to our situation with our HVAC system failing and the heat of summer was bringing temperatures in the upper 90s. They gave us a good quote and completed the installation in a few days. The installation team was professional, thorough, and answered all my questions. I would absolutely recommend them for HVAC to include annual maintenance programs.

Great service....Thanksgiving Day repair for my tenants. BRIAN was updating me all day, very clean and overall great work.

We purchased a new dryer and just needed someone to connect the gas line as I couldn't muscle it off and didn't want to break it and cause bigger issues. So they stopped by for about 20 minutes, swapped out the gas line from the pipe, and voila. Good guys from what I saw.

We had a wonderful experience. We received ample notice that the tech was on the way (both from dispatch and from the tech himself) which gave us time to get the kids out of the way. Tech was very supremely friendly, knowledgeable, and completed work efficiently. Importantly, followed COVID protocols to the letter. All in all, another great experience with Caffi!
