Caffi has been providing expert plumbing services at my home since it was first constructed forty years ago. They have consistently done excellent work, fully diagnosing and explaining to me what the particular problem might be and my options for resolving the problem. Their pricing is more than fair for the north Arlington market, and they stand behind both the products they sell and the level of service they promise. The entire team --- administrative and office staff, along with experienced plumbing technicians, are a delight to deal with, even when you know the solution is going to cost more than just a few bucks! I recommend Caffi without hesitation or reservation.

Technician arrived and I showed him the issue. He immediately diagnosed and explained/showed me what needed to be repaired . He provided an estimate and had the part in his truck. I approved him to do the work, and in less than 30 minutes he was finished. Very professional and respectful young man . He wore a mask and put shoe covers on when entering my house. Great service!

I have used Caffi for 30 years because they are the best. The technician explained the problem to me - failing water pressure valve - broke down the repair into steps, including a long-term solution. He even showed me the failing valve after he replaced it. Great work.
