I have utilized Caffi for approximately 15 years for numerous projects (plumbing, HVAC, gas line additions, tankless hot water heater conversion/installation, toilet replacement, etc) and have been thoroughly impressed with the service and support they have provided. Their staff, both in the field and in the office, are always courteous, thorough, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

I cannot recommend Caffi highly enough. They replaced some galvanized pipes in our home, replaced a water heater, and installed AC for us. They did a phenomenal job on all three things. We get compliments to this day about how nice our AC system install looks by everyone that sees it. They are the best of the best.

The customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. All
our questions about the installation and financing of our Rinnai Combi-Boiler were answered by Ayrlon Ordonez. Mr. Ordonez was always available to address our concerns. When he told us that the removal of our old boiler and water heater and the installation of our new Combi-Boiler would take only 2 days, we were skeptical. But we were pleasantly surprised when everything went just as Mr. Ordonez said.
The installation crew was professional and courteous throughout the demo and installation process.

The initial work order involved installing a water pressure booster pump, and the plumber - Robert- did an excellent installation. In the following days I noticed the pump would turn on despite no water being used in the house. I called Caffi Services and they sent Robert out immediately to investigate the issue. When Robert arrived, I told him the issue and his response reinforced my impression that this young man is customer service driven- "Sir, I installed it, so I own it. If something is wrong I will get it fixed. Unfortunately the "wrong" was a leaking hot water heater! It was 18 degrees outside and the thought of having no hot water was alarming. Once again, Robert impressed me with his amazing customer service. He was able to find a new pump - space limitations did not allow for a standard sized 50 gallon tank- have it delivered the following morning, and completed the installation that afternoon. It was refreshing to see a person dedicated to his craft and dedicated to ensuring the customer is taken care of properly. Robert is an excellent plumber and and even great representative for Caffi Services. I highly recommend Caffi, but I also highly recommend Robert. Excellent job sir.

We recently returned to Caffi after less-than-satisfactory experiences with another provider, whom we worked with as part of a package deal.

UPSIDE: the installation team was stellar. Cheerful, competent, resourceful and quick to recover from errors made by the showroom/ordering side of the business.

DOWNSIDE: the showroom/ordering experience was pretty terrible from start to finish. Communication was very poor, and in the end we essentially identified the right replacement faucet ourselves. When Caffi received the order, it was mislabeled, which delayed our installation appointment. When our really excellent plumber arrived, he didn’t have the hardware—more internal confusion between ordering and installation.

The installation team responded brilliantly, and in the end our faucet was installed more or less on schedule. The plumber very kindly gave us a small discount on installation, but the bottom line is that we paid more or less full price for a time-consuming and frustrating experience. We are willing to pay even above-market rates for good value, but in this case we just didn’t get it. I hope that Caffi is just going through a rough patch and will bounce back.

Great team of professional technicians. Very polite and protective of my home. Quickly found problem in sewer line and made repair. Cleaned up foundation debris and prepped new concrete area for replacement tile. Have used Caffi for all our plumbing needs for 10 years and will continue to do so.

Robert did a great job installing our kitchen faucet recently - as he always does. My wife and I have been customers of Caffi Services for years now (at two different homes). Robert has been the guy who showed up to help us several times. Robert is always prompt, effective, and professional - of course. Beyond that, Robert has been excellent in explaining the best product options for us and why. We always take his advice and have been happy with the results. Count us highly satisfied!
