I had a visit today regarding my toilet that was not flushing properly. I received top notch customer service from my phone call to schedule an appointment to the plumbers visit! It was easy to schedule an appointment to meet my schedule then the plumber called to announce he was on his way to I am here and will be at the door in a minute. Very professional and personable. Will always call Caffi.

DeAnna was amazing! I called many places, and Caffi gave me the lowest quote and their communication was amazing. As a new home owner finding companies to work with can be overwhelming, but I will reach out to Caffi again.

Oscar was great, we needed a new drain pan installed ahead of getting a new washer/dryer stacked unit. He came by for a free estimate and then showed up right on time for the installation. Great service.

Patrick, from Caffi, called ahead, was right on time, very friendly and helpful —and solved my problem of a leaking valve quickly. I didn’t know exactly what was needed, and it would have been too easy for him to sell me a repair I didn’t really need and charge me a lot more $$ — I wouldn’t have known have known the difference — thankfully he didn’t. I only use Caffi now for all of our plumbing, sump pump,
water heater, etc issues. They are VERY professional
and leave no traces that they were even there. I always
ask for Robert because he is so kind and is willing
to teach me how to take the best care of these
expensive pieces of equipment in my home.

After 20 years of using Caffi in Arlington, we have changed plumbers for good. We recently had a minor drainage problem and were charged $300 to snake the pipe. When I brought this to the service manager opining that this was excessive, he said that he could do nothing as it was all according to the technicians schedule. Good riddance.

I needed upgrade of my 41 year old toilets (4), sinks (5), and disposal. The service and workmanship was excellent. I then decided to have a water pressure regulator replaced and a new Moen Flo leak detector system installed. Again, the work was very professional. I’d definitely use for any plumbing and other work needed.

They had to run new natural gas lines for a fireplace install and arrange for two inspections with Washington Gas. All appointments were on time and work was very well done. Staff is especially responsive and good communicators. Highly recommend!
