The blower on my AC inside unit had been going off/on at startup for the past few weeks. ME Flow came out last week and just recommended to replace the unit. Fannon and Sons quickly sent two techs out the same day who took time to diagnose the issue and tighten the electrical connections. So far so good! Great and expeditious customer service!!

Fannon is terrific! I called them on a Friday morning of the hottest week of the year around here because my AC stopped cooling the night before, and the temp inside my house was 85 degrees. Even though they were swamped with work orders, two workmen were able to come by and very quickly replace a part on the compressor that had ceased to work. And they swung by early, too! My AC was up & running in no time flat, thanks to them.

This company is so responsive, customer service top level, and will guide you to the best decision for fuel tank replacement, provides excellent emergency service. Call for any service they provide and you will not be disappointed.

This company is responsive and always polite. But it is difficult to describe the array of disappointment and frustration I have experienced. Every time someone works on something in our home it breaks immediately thereafter and causes collateral damage.

By way of example: They installed a new AC unit improperly, causing significant ceiling water damage and a ceiling light to short out. They sent someone to paint over and fix the ceiling water damage, but he dripped the paint all over the wall (which is a different color) and it won't come off. Then the AC stopped working and it turns out the wires are crossed. Now the heat also isn't working and it turns out the duct work separated and/or we are low on refrigerant (which makes zero sense for a brand new unit and further suggests installation was improper). We are under warranty so these services are free but it is not worth it (to me). The extent of mistakes is considerable and every fix leads to more of them.

I love family businesses like these but especially during covid the constant inflow of strangers into our home is scary and seemingly unnecessary. Why can't something just be fixed without harming something else? The issue isn't their willingness to help, which they always are. But I can never count on them to actually do so--at least not long term.

Fannon has the most disrespectful people working for his business. I called to make a report and the boss hung up on me. I will make it my business to make sure that the person I had the bad encounter with no longer is employed there.

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate to replace my AC system. The technician was friendly and provided a reasonable verbal estimate informing me that a sales person would contact me for a written estimate. I was never contacted to receive the written estimate. I was billed for a standard service call (vs. a estimate) and I was charged to 'remove' the air filter from my furnace, not REPLACE it. The receptionist did not understand my request nor did she understand my concern when I contacted her to challenge my bill. I was informed that this was a standard operating procedure. I will not to business with T J Fannon & Sons in the future.

I'm not one to complain, but people should beware of this company lest they be caught off guard by a $150 charge.

I had been planning to call a heating/AC company to look at a wall unit in my sunroom that didn't seem to be working correctly. Woke up one morning and saw TJ Fannon and Sons at my neighbors house. So I called their office and asked if they could stop over at my house when their crew was finished at my neighbors. They said they could, and I appreciated their flexibility.

The two technicians came over and within about 10 minutes determined that the only possible remedy for my wall unit was to completely replace it. They said they could give me an estimate when they got back to their office later that afternoon.

The two techs seemed to hang around for about 15 more minutes, and I couldn't figure out why. Our conversation seemed to be covering the same ground over and over. The AC unit needed to be replaced, I got it.

Finally they left, and a few days later I got a bill in the mail for $150. While I certainly expected to pay for the techs' time, this was pretty steep, and no one had mentioned this flat fee per visit when I called the office. The techs didn't mention it either. But now I understand why they loitered at my house for so long -- they wanted me to feel like I got my money's worth.

Well, I don't. They were already right next door, and all they did was look at my unit and tell me they couldn't fix it and I could replace it if I wanted to. They could have been in and out in less than 10 minutes, but instead were at my house for around 25 minutes.

When I called the office and politely asked if my bill could be reduced, they refused, saying $150 was a flat fee per visit, as long as the visit was less than an hour long.

Apparently it's a flat fee they keep secret until they send you the bill.

Very dissatisfied with this company. Their service calls last no more than 10 minutes, both fall and spring, for servicing a 10 year old heat pump. Further, it was suggested I get an annual service contract last spring and I agreed. But the company coded it as a service check last spring and claimed it couldn't fix the problem this fall so I was billed for separate service calls. The charge of $150 each was both excessive for the service provided and meant I did not get the service contract I wanted and paid an extra $70 or so for their error. They were unwilling to fix the error. Buyer beware!

The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is I do not know the price; we rent, so the bill went straight to the landlord. Our landlord set us up with the appointment because he said he had had good work done by them before. We got in touch yesterday afternoon and they were able to make an appointment for this morning, between 8 and 12. The repairman was there by 8:45 and our a/c was fixed by 9:15. Great service, very nice and polite, explained the problem clearly. So unless it turns out the bill was exorbitant, I would definitely recommend them.

Great HVAC company! Heater went out on the coldest day of the season, so far. Came out first thing on a Saturday morning, diagnosed and fixed the problem with our furnace inside of 20 minutes. 10/10 would recommend if you’re in their service area.
