OWNERS of OLDER HOMES BEWARE - This company refused to work on our heat pump system because it was in the attic and according to the technician no one in the company would work on it because they had "earned the right to not work on systems like ours." Bottom line - it was inconvenient to go into our attic to repair an 18 year old heat pump system or service the outside unit which was surrounded by "itchy" Oak Leaf Hydrangea. He complained many times about how old our house is even though it is well maintained. Unfortunately, he did not come until 5:15 (2-6 service timeframe) on Thursday to declare that he was not going to work on it meaning that other HVAC businesses were already closed for the day which lessens our chances of finding a company available to come before the weekend. I would give this company 0 stars if that was an option. We will NEVER use this company and will let our neighbors know as well.

We purchased 2 HVAC systems from Dillingham heating and it was a great experience at a really competitive cost. Their sales and installation team were very helpful and professional, while installing each system we hardly knew they were in the house because they were considerate about our space and being disturbed. The installations went off without a hitch and were just right the first time. Their prices were reasonable and gave us the most efficient and best systems for the cost. We will definitely refer them and use them for future house needs.

Bruce and Justin are great to deal with. They are masters of their craft and their fees are very reasonable. They won’t nickel and dime you to death like the big companies.
