The installation last year was quick and painless. Yes prices have gone up, but everything has gone up. Fast forward to the service contract and maintenance. The technician that came out, Lorenzo, was knowledgeable and did a great job. They also caught something in the system that was trying to charge for cleaning, even though I have a service contract. They fixed it on the spot and no erroneous bill. The unit is a bit louder than the old one, but it actually works. My electricity bills actually went done YoY. The service contract pays for itself.

Dan was very professional. He came on time, gave me all the details regarding the new HVAC system I was looking to install and requesting a quote for, was up front about pricing and applicable discounts. Charged double the cost of the company we ended up finding and using. Cancelled the appointment asap so as not to be disruptive to their business, and now have been waiting on a return of the deposit for the better part of a month. Not acceptable. Phone calls get me no where except false promises of calling me back eventually. I have called every few days and gotten nowhere. Do not use this company.

Derrick at Cyprus is very experienced; he has been there for 10 years and it shows. He is affable and friendly, willing to allow you to look over his shoulder to learn instead of be annoyed by a homeowner as some techs do. Derrick ran into a small issue as the item being installed had some hi-tech features so the two of us trudged through figuring it out and I really appreciate his patience. Highly recommend Derrick and Cyprus (should be noted that I found Cyprus by way of the Home Depot Installation Program whereby Cyprus is the subcontractor that gets the business that comes through those that inquire services through Home Depot).

My new A/C system was scheduled to be installed on June 16th they didn’t start the install until Monday June 20th. They removed my old system and as of today July 11 I still don’t have working AC. After calling almost every day since the installation started asking them when are they going to finish I finally got a call back today stating that they can’t come back out until Thursday to finish the job.
I am so frustrated at this point but I am at their mercy. They act as if it’s no big deal to them.
I should have went with another more reliable company. Never again.
The are unprofessional and unreliable.
After the sale they can care less about their customer. But they got their first payment on the 1st of the month even when the work wasn’t completed.

Cyprus Air, specifically, Mr. Derrick was very knowledgeable and explained the problems my blower was experiencing. He was very professional throughout the appointment. The project couldn't be completed in one day and would need additional technicians. Otherwise everything would have been 5 stars.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. It seems like they put their best foot forward to get you to spend thousands with them. I pay a monthly maintenance service fee and received horrible service. We lost our heat on 4 Feb, called immediately and received their messaging service, left three messages and sent an email asking for a call back ASAP as the temp was 30 degrees and below. After days of calling finally spoke with someone, and an appointment was made Brittnay from services has horrible customer service. The technician finally comes out on 8 Feb was so rude he attitude really upset my husband we wanted to ask him to leave but we were in need of getting the system fixed. Danny the technician told us a part needed to be replaced and we would have to pay for it, he was on the phone with someone after hearing what my husband and I said, they decided to check our account and told us we won't have to pay. The technician left telling us he'll order the part, in two days would come back. In the meantime, we were still without heat. Five days later I get a call a more senior person needs to look at our system before they would order the part three days after the call they come and tighten two bolts and our system was fixed. Days of no heat and cold temperatures a pipe busted and we now have to deal with that God only knows how much that repair will cost. Their maintenance and customer service is horrible after you spent thousands with them worst part is the system was installed less than a year ago. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Our Technician, Derek was awesome! He was very friendly and personable. During the inspection he offered helpful tips to keep the HVAC system running optimally and to increase the overall longevity of the system. I highly recommend Cyprus, and expecially Derek when you need an HVAC inspection!

Our tech Dan Chadjisavvas was polite, knowledgeable, and honest. He cared about our family and not just money. Would definitely recommend! Great to know there are still honest people out there!
