Cyprus Air Heating, Cooling and Fireplaces

HORRIBLE experience year after year. The only reason my family is still with them is because they cannot break the contract. Had the annual AC inspection (part of our contract) in May, the technician noted that a part needed replaced. Over a MONTH later the part finally arrived and two technicians came to install the part…one of whom was taking pictures of the pool in the backyard (didn’t seem like part of the repair process to me…not very professional). Well, one of these men melted a piece and ended up breaking the unit even MORE…resulting in another part being ordered. It is now AUGUST and my family is still without AC. The entire summer there has been no air conditioning and the people in this company don’t seem to care. Do NOT waste your money and let them con you into one of their contracts.

I received excellent service from Mr. Raul B. and his team who replaced two air conditioner units, furnace, and install a gas line to be used for a gas range. Mr. B and his team was meticulous in the installation of all components to all work done in my home. They showed respect for my property and ensured that at the end of each day they left my home and yard as clean as they found them. I would recommend team to anyone needing the services they provided to me and my family. Mr. B. and team thank you for all of your hard work and the great job you did for me and my family.

Wife and I are trying to purchase a new direct vent gas fireplace. We got a quote from this company before and weren’t overly thrilled with service/pricing so put it on hold. Then we received a 60% off coupon so decided to try again.

I was skeptical at first, but was promised I would be eligible to receive the 60% off deal. I requested and received the commitment in text and email. When asked the tech during the visit I was told “it only applied to certain fireplaces and (of course) mine was not one of them.” I was very explicit and asked multiple times before scheduling the appointment that the 60% coupon would apply and went as far as to make both text and email me confirmation that I would receive the deal, but that didn’t matter.

Appointment was from 0900 to 1000, tech shows up at 945.

I cannot give 0 stars or I would. Don’t bother. Better and more honest companies out there to work with.

William with Cyprus Air did an excellent job with my gas fireplace repair today; he is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, was on time and very pleasant!!

Luis was very competent and thorough. He answered all of our questions. Great job.

The technicians (3) came in a timely fashion. They were professional and courteous. They went about the business of replacing and installing - efficiently w/o any hesitation. They seemed cheerful, worked as a group. Explained the operations to my satisfaction. Were in and out in less than 3 hours having checked the AC and heating unit, removed and cleaned up the entire site. I am very pleased with my Cyprus experience.

Brian was outstanding. He removed the broken fireplace glass without any trouble. He made sure everything was working properly and actually improved the fireplace performance. He is Cyprus Air best Technician.

Great customer service provided by Derrick and his partner (don’t want to mis-spell her name). They were courteous and worked diligently in getting the new A/C and furnace installed. It was very hot indeed that day. Once completed Derrick explained what was done then went through and explained what was replaced and functionality. So, far the new system is running great keeping the house cool and running much quieter than my previous system. Thank you Cyprus Air for the quick response and install! Much improvement over the previous company I was using. Must give 5 stars for the response and service provided.

I hired Cyprus Air Heating and Cooling to fix my heat since it was not working.

They were not able to fully diagnose or fix the problem. Nevertheless, charged for a full hour of service. They gave ideas of expensive fixes for the issue but were not definitive that they would resolve the problem. Furthermore, all tools were not readily available.

I contacted the office several times about a partial refund since I had to hire another company that quickly identified the issue and actually fixed our heat!

I have not received a follow-up from the service manager or any other managers. Also received a lot of run around by the company and supposedly there is only one person in the entire company that can help process a partial refund. Very disappointing overall and the issue with the company is still not resolved.
