Integrity Duct Cleaning Service

Roberto and the team at Integrity Duct did a fantastic job as our house was preparing the A/C for the summer. They identified maintenance issues that we needed to address and clearly outlined stretch items that were not required but a good idea in the long run. The team proactively communicates and was careful and respectful of our house when coming in/out. Prices for services were fair. Will be sure to use them again for Heating and Cooling in the future.

If you are looking for great quality, fluid communication, and affordable services, Integrity is top of the line. I acquired Integrity about my A/C and heating issue I was having prior to New Years and they were very responsive under short notice. Roberto was the service man and let me tell you, he’s an extremely professional young man. They made things very simple and even after service was complete recommended ways to maintain my services and also have me suggestions. If you are in the Metropolitan Area I would highly recommend Integrity for all your HVAC needs!

I would not recommend this contractor if you have HVAC problem.
Our tenant complained about the place was not heating up so we asked the technician to come and check out. He was NOT ABLE to figure out what the issue was (oh yeah, he cannot figure out what was wrong but still charge $49 to 'estimate'). He replaced a fan capacitor ($111) then left.They sent us a bill of $300 so we were charged for $189 for NOTHING.
So we found another company and they figured out the issue. We called Integrity again to ask them come back and fix. We were told we need to pay additional $950.
I am disappointment about the service I received since I read some good reviews about Integrity.

I got the best quote among others, and they did a great job for dryer vent cleaning service. I am very satisfied with their service.

Placed an emergency call on a Saturday and contacted Integrity and got service and heat back the same day. Responsiveness was so impressive that I felt as though a review was the least I could do, would highly recommend
