Update: Installation was great. Follow up work slow, unprofessional, and expensive. We were billed $141/month to be part of their service plan. This was mandatory. After canceling it, they reinstated the plan again without authorization and then tried to argue about it when I asked for a refund. Apparently that's part of their business model - install fireplaces and then slowly bleed you out on monthly service bills. I wish I'd just paid a company to install fireplaces and then arranged annual service calls myself. Would have been easier and cheaper.

I have not gotten my unit installed yet, but I am planning to get it done. They are very courteous, professional and they explain every detail as to what you could expect. I tried a couple of places and none of their prices were better than Cyprus prices. Once I get my unit installed I will definitely refer them to anyone that is in need of a unit.

Had wood burning fireplace converted to gas insert. The two service technicians (1 per installation phase) were professional, efficient, and patient in explaining the new gas fireplace. The problems with Cyprus Air lie in the administrative office. They weren't available during business hours, routing calls to after hours customer support who couldn't answer many questions. The daytime customer support never called me back, though after hours folks sent emails to them. They had neglected to schedule Fairfax gasline inspection, and that delayed final installation process. Poor service on that side of the business. Good service with technicians. Therefore, 3 stars.

I called on Cyprus Air to service our gas fireplace and answer several questions we had about its operation. The technician they sent was Miguel. Miguel took the time not just to show us how to do things but to supervise us as we performed the tasks he had shown us how to do. Companies like Cyprus Air are only as good as their technicians and if Miguel is any indication, then they are indeed a five star organization.

Cristian was very respectful and nice. He took his time and found a possible future issue and took care of it immediately. The only issue I have is when they schedule your time frame they tend to change it the day before coming. I was told March 22 my window was between 11-2 and then they call me Monday to confirm (visit was Tuesday 3/29) to tell me my window time was 12-4 pm. You have no choice but to agree or wait another week or so before another appt. is available. It's a good thing not to schedule anything else for the day they are suppose to come because you would have to change your plans.

I had a brand new heating system installed with this company and it was having issues in less than a year. I called to get this fixed and 3 times the technician was a no-show. Each time they recorded in the system as the work was completed when it was actually not. I had call them back to reschedule each time. This is very unprofessional. They should have the courtesy to call the customer and let them know. Finally when the technician shows up (he was very nice and let me know what the issue was) but he said he couldn't fix it and had to have someone else come. He said I was going to get a call later that day. Four days go by and NO calls. I called an left messages 3 times and still waiting for someone to respond. This is very unprofessional.

The technician, Bill Turgeon, was professional and cordial. He assessed what had to be done and completed the work in a thorough and timely manner. Bill cleaned the receptor for the gas fireplace, Secured the mounting and Adjusted the gas burner.bill did an excellent job.
We received several notifications informing us when The technician was in his way to our house. One notification included a picture and the name of the servicing technician. Outstanding work.
