If I could review them negative stars I would. They came out and gave a competitive quote. The work they did work poor at best. When they installed the units they didn't test anything out and just left. I had duct work that wasn't even connected. I installed the units (2)they recommended and they still fail to cool the house and I have an extreme moisture problem. They claimed to clean the ducts in a 3500 sq ft home in 15 mins by only removing two cold air returns. Do not use them, run far away. The units were supposed to be installed on the ground but instead the precariously balanced them on these mounts. They had to come out to fix it and melted the siding doing it. They have made multiple return trips to correct the cooling problem but fail to fix it.

We had a salesman come out to give us a price on a gas fireplace installation. The salesman gave us a price, after measuring, which we paid in full. When a site inspection was done it was found that the gas fireplace would not fit in our current fireplace and the options were not attractive to us. At that time, we cancelled our order and requested our money back. It has now been four weeks since this request, and multiple calls to the company, and we have yet to receive our refund. When calling the company, you get a customer service representative who then 'sends a note' to accounting. Each call we have made the CSR says they see the note from the previous call yet, we have received no communication from this company. I would not recommend them for anything based on this experience.

My mom just died and I noticed a $37 credit card charge for Cyprus. I called and they refused to refund, even though this is a monthly charge for a future fireplace inspection. Yes, they want paid for service that will never be performed. The woman kept referring to my dead mother's contract then hung up on me. I disputed the charge with the credit card.

The five stars are for Mr. William Casey Brown. He was professional, able to resolve the situation after having several technicians come to my home. He answered my questions. Addressed my concerns. Cyprus needs more like him.

Brian was on time and very professional I had tech came Out on Dec 23 to repair my gas fireplace he said he had the wrong part or he did'nt have the right equipment nothing bad to say about he he just undetstand the basic of the system . But brian undetstood the system and repaired our fireplace he is a keeper if you had one more of you would not too many uphappy customers. THANKS AGAIN FOR A JOB WILL DONE .Would have gave the company 5 stars but because you had to get a season tech from another branch Brian gets the 5 stars looking forward for my service this year.
