Cyprus Air Heating, Cooling and Fireplaces

Cyprus Air as of 12/20 have not made our schedule gas fireplace install. They have been informed if not done by 12/25 we’re cancel. Business should be more responsible to their costumers as their ads claim.

The problems with my system were diagnosed rapidly and explained to me very quickly. I consider any leak bad and he fixed what caused it. He will come back when my tank is filled to check it out.

David did a great job cleaning and servicing our fireplace today. He made some suggestions, was very nice, and answered all our questions. We really appreciate it, thank you!

I will keep this short. I December of last year I purchase a gas log set.Every thing went fine until I went to a local home show and meet Back yard Billy’s and Griffith energy.They both told me a 24” gas log set would cost around 1500.00. I paid 4400.00 for a gas log set from you. I also got a price for new Finley doors for 2800.00. we cancel the doors. Bought them here in Annapolis for 750.00. So you guess it I feel I was way over charge. Please respond thanks Randy

Worst customer service I've EVER experienced.

We've been trying to schedule routine maintenance on a gas fireplace that Cypress installed for over 6 weeks. Over this course of time, we've had SIX appointments scheduled, ALL of which, were cancelled by Cypress. Most within their 4-hour service window, and two of the appointments were straight no-show, no-calls.

I called Cypress several times to see why the technicians never arrived, and I never once received a coherent answer or explanation. I was constantly reassured they would be able to make the next appointment, only to have this cycle repeat.

Our family made arrangements to be home, within a 4-hour service window, SIX separate times! We have children, jobs, and obligations, so this is not something we take lightly. For them to blow us off, SIX separate times, is beyond my comprehension.

I've never posted a negative review online of any business, but I truly can not wrap my head around how these people are operating. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I've completely severe ties with them, and HIGLY suggest that you use another company, ANY other company, for your heating and cooling needs.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS LIKE THE PLAGUE.
