Terrible service! The technicien knocked down the door of the furnace room while installing the new furnace. I have a hard time to get them fixed but they kept delaying and don't care about customer's complaint for the damage they caused to me after they got all the money. Very unprofessional, irresponsible and dishonest. I regretted doing business with you guys and will not recommend people to use this company! The worst business I have dealed with!

Brian Burkhart was an amazing installer. He is a master gas fitter for over 20 years and clearly knew what he was doing. The installation of my gas lines exceeded my expectations, it was done in a timely manner with minimal damage to the the drywall. It looks much better that I would imagine. Cyprus Air was amazing in corresponding and communicating the time frames for the appointments. I have received a bunch of courtesy calls to remind my appointments and a text message when the technician dispatches, I think that was pretty cool.
I would definitely recommend Cyprus Air to anybody in the DMV area looking for a solid 5 STAR HVAC and gas fireplace contractor!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment for my air conditioning with them because I bought a protection plan when they installed the system three years ago, and they assured me that this plan would cover any issues that might arise. You know, like ALL other protection plans?
They made the appointment and then canceled it and set it up for two weeks out. Mind you, the house was 90 degrees inside. When I called, I talked with a rep who said it was my fault for not getting the annual maintenance and that he didn't have air conditioning and wasn't complaining. I did, however,get the annual maintenance the previous year and it had barely been a year since that happened. I called another time to see if I could get a more understanding rep. I did, finally, and he was able to change my appointment for 5 days sooner.
The day of the appointment, I called to see when they would be arriving, and I found out that the manager changed the appointment back to the later date. Perhaps they aren't in a hurry to help customers who are paying $30 a month for a protection plan? When they finally came, they said they wanted over $1800 to fix it. The rep was actually very nice at first and agreed that they needed to find the leak but then when he made the call to get approval, he was shut down.
When I asked the rep what the protection plan actually covers, there wasn't a clear answer. I did not have it fixed. Will be calling another service. I tried to call and cancel my protection plan because it doesn't seem to cover anything, but they said they had to refer it to another department and I would get a call back. No call yet...

William Casey Brown was very professional and provided excellent service. He cleaned my gas fireplace embers and igniter. He also adjusted the blower. William also replaced the batteries in the wall mounted sensor. He was very personable, knowledgeable and punctual. I am very satisfied with the service I received!

Six years ago we purchased a new Carrier air conditioner system from them. Our experience was horrible back then and I posted my review Today they continue to be horrible.
On July 15, 2022 our system was not working. We called the emergency outline and was told we could not receive service until Monday July 18, 2022. The tech came to our home after several different time changes for that day. He changed a fuse and within a couple of hours the same day the system was not working and the inside cooling system caused our laundry room floor to be flooded. We called the emergency hotline the same day requesting service and was told someone would return our call.

On July 19, 2022 @7:30 am I spoke to a customer service rep who scheduled our appointment for that day between 1-4 pm. Around 4:30 i received another stating that they would not be out until July 20, 2022. We had been stuck in our home with NO air since July 15, 2022. At the completion of the service the tech had the nerve to charge me another service fee on July 20, 2022 which i refused to pay.

Today, Aug. 5, 2022, our system is not working again. Cyprus air refused to come back because of an outstanding service bill. The customer service and accounting manager were both RUDE on the phone call. The customer service manager stated that she would have the service manager to call at which time she has not returned our call.

Potential buyers BE AWARE this company is horrible.
