We bought a Large Big Green Egg with all fees to the tune of just over $1200. Delivery was changed 3 times. My husband took a whole day off 3 days ago to wait for them. The even called to confirm the appt after it being changed THREE times. No show. After and calling and speaking to Sharon (manager), the delivery finally occurred on the ORIGINAL today. After paying $150 for delivery and installation, (when it's FREE delivery UNLESS you need assembly (which it turns out we really didn't) and it turned out to be one guy in an unmarked pickup dropping the egg into the existing hole, essentially, I feel really ripped off.....after THREE delivery time changes. I paid over $1200 for a new Big Green Egg. I would have REALLY expected much better service. Oh, and try to go ahead and call the delivery contractor. Took me FOUR times to get a real person instead of a "We're busy. Call back later", or, "the best way to reach us is to email." UNBELIEVABLE.
Had it NOT BEEN for Sharon at Cyprus Air, I would have moved on and gone to another distributor. GOOD LUCK.

Cyprus was responsive and professional. We were sent alerts to be prepared for visits by their technicians, including a photo of Paris before he arrived. He was cordial and respectful, and confirmed our consent for his proposed fix of the whisk (the white cord left dangling in our fireplace from the gas connection by prior workers), making it more appropriate by putting a black connector on to make it much more pleasing, inconspicuous, and an appropriate option for our fireplace. He demonstrated the remote and had homeowner practice with it, further leaving guidelines at the mantel and on the other side of the room, making it accessible for all. We feel it greatly enhances our use of the living room and are pleased with the service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I try not to write bad reviews because I know everyone means well and does their best. However, I feel like letting everyone know about our experience with Cyprus Air is imperative because I really don’t want anyone to experience what we are experiencing and pay thousands of thousands of dollars!
First of all, let me start by saying that it has been four months since they installed a new furnace, and it is still not working.
Here is what happened, they installed the furnace, and everything worked for about a week. Our house has three different small zones so one of the zones stopped working. I called and they sent someone about a couple of days later. Please note that it was cold those days I had to call a couple of times to schedule an appointment. A technician came over and said the circulating pumps weren’t working and they had to be replaced. I was OK with it even though I didn’t understand why they didn’t think of that when they installed the furnace just about a week or so ago. We waited for over a week if not more for someone to call and give us an update. I called to make sure they had my cell number in the system (because customer service said that they called my husband’s phone and couldn’t reach him which is fair). At that time customer service told us that the parts were ordered, and it would take a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks went by. No one called. I ended up calling again to get an update. There was none. Please keep in mind that all those times, one of the zones in our house was out of heat. Luckily, the weather had gotten better so we weren’t freezing! This took a few more weeks. Let me emphasize the fact that no one from Cyprus Air called to give me an update. I kept calling because I have all the time in the world! Finally, they said that it was going to cost us a few thousand dollars more if we wanted to replace the circulating pumps. I understand that the circulating pumps may not be part of the new furnace (I’m not entirely sure about that but I don’t want to unfair) BUT they should have told us at the beginning that the circulating pumps would fail soon if we didn’t replace them. They should have given us a price accordingly (including the circulating pumps). After some negotiating, they gave us a discount and didn’t charge us labor and FINALLY replaced the pumps. You would think everything would work but NO! The fuses were broken. They said that they would have to order new one. Someone was going to call us when the fuses are in. No one called. This was at the end of May. It is July 25th now. I called today. The lady who picked up the phone was the same customer service rep, who cannot do anything to help. She only emails to their team. And that is it.
The only thing they were quick about was to charge our credit card. We are still paying our credit card but we still don’t have a furnace that is fully working. It is so frustrating because we paid over $12k for a furnace that is not working. I have to take the time from work and everything else and follow up with them. My only hope is that this can be resolved before winter. Given the experience we had with this company I’m keeping my expectations very low…
They also installed how water heater. That has been working so far with no issues.

I was told by Patricia that a senior manager told her that someone was going to call us within a couple of days to follow up with us. It has been 5 days. No one called. I'm asking you to please help us get this matter resolved as soon as possible. I've been calling your office for months now. That doesn't help at at all. Thank you

Called to order gas fireplace cleaning, maintenance and inspection for 2 fireplaces. Derrick was very quick and efficient. He pointed out the problems I was having with my fireplaces, recommended suggestions and set up a follow up appointment with replacement parts. He was able to give me quotes on the spot! Although their pricing is on the higher end, their service was amazing. Also excellent constant follow up and contact to confirm my appointment and to follow up after my appointment. Great service!

My home has a dual zone system. The 1st week of August I purchased a new unit for my top floor to be installed 9/1. August 16th they came for a site visit. I was told then that what I contracted to purchase would not fit in the space in my attic and that they would need to switch it. They advised me someone from sales would call me to discuss it. Aug 28th-31st I called their customer service since nobody called me to discuss the change. Each call went to a call center in the Phillipines that kept telling me someone would call me back. 9/1 I received a call that the tech was in route for the install. I advised her that no one has called me to discuss what brand or price they were installing new that they told me what I contracted was too large to fit through my attic space opening. A few minutes later Daniel calls and ask why I wasn't getting the install that day. I explained to him the events that had taken place and he said he'll have sales call me back. Today is September 8th and not a soul has called me. I'll expect a full refund of my $3800 deposit.

We have a converted gas fireplace that had never been cleaned or serviced, and since spending more time at home due to COVID, we thought we better have it checked out before turning it on this year. I searched and found Cyprus, which offers a discounted price with an annual maintenance contract. We made an appointment and I’m glad we did. I don’t want a faulty gas line in the house so I feel better knowing the fireplace is now clean and in good working order. They called to let me know when the tech would arrive and I received text updates about his arrival time. Christian was pleasant, professional and efficient. I recommend them!

Beware- do not go with this company! Brand new 12,000$ hvac- broken the first time I tried to use the air. Never has been installed or fixed properly. They have been out countless times- charged me for visits- I’ve had to use vacation days from work to come oversee this clown show. I am in the middle of the fifth time not having air and it’s been two months since I’ve been trying to get them to fix it. They sent out 4 technicians who all diagnosed different issues since April.. This is the worst, most incompetent company. I would have gladly paid anyone else and meanwhile am booking hotels and staying with friends during high heat days to keep my pets and children cool when it’s 88 degrees in my house. Will be reporting to better business bureau.

HE took apart the gas logs made several adjustments to the burner which made a real difference and adjusted the pilot light which he said would keep lt from going out in the future.

Henry is very approachable and knows his job! He showed up on time and the installation went without a glitch. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was spotless before leaving. I would highly recommend him for your HVAC installation.
