    We thought we had a problem with our heating unit on a Friday afternoon. We called Frostys and they came the same day. We were happy the repairman came so quickly and was able to determine the problem was not our heater, but something else in our house. The gentleman was very professional and genuinely concerned for the problem we had.

    I've been using Frosty's for more than a decade. Their routine service call (winter and spring check up) was a little higher in price but worth every penny. They pay attention, listen, and do what they say. Best news - if you're on their regular maintenance schedule, you get priority service when the a/c goes out on a 102 degree day in August or a cold winter's night in February. I recommend them highly.

    Had a great experience with Phil, the technician who helped repair my furnace. After 3 visits from another local provider without results, one call to Frosty's was all it took to diagnose and fix this problem. The money was well spent and I appreciate Phil's professionality and fixing the issue on the first visit. He also gave me a good idea of my heating equipment and informed me on longevity of it for my home. Very grateful!

    First time homeowner and I feel like I was taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. Either way, Frosty’s is very overpriced and I learned my lesson of calling around to get a second opinion from competitors. A power surge fried my 5 year old thermostat so I needed a new one according to the tech. The cost of having a tech coming out was $130 (when a major competitor is around $90).Technician immediately said he has a very good Honeywell thermostat, how it’s a pro series, it’s the very last one, all these warranties on it, etc. and that he can easily install it for me right then and there. Didn’t really look at the actual new thermostat before agreeing cause I trusted his words. You know how much Home Depot sells it for? Under $65. You know how much he charged me for the basic push button, bulky thermostat and its quick easy 10-15 mins installation? All in the set price of $465.. I get there’s an upcharge and labor costs that I was willing to pay for. But my HVAC unit is fairly new and the thermostat wiring is easily accessible in the living room on a first floor unit.. Total bill was almost 600 dollars. Will never use them again and would not recommend.

    We had the joy and privilege of meeting Todd today when he came to service our HVAC unit. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what he was doing and why he believed certain repairs/replacements need to be done. He paid attention to detail and did a great job at fixing the wiring issue of our compressor and advocated on our behalf to get us the best possible deal for other work which we will have to do. We know of other people in our building who had similar work done by other companies/technicians and were charged much more. He was also just an all-around good person. Will definitely continue working with Frosty's and Todd. He is honest, knows his stuff, and takes care of his clients. Thank you, Todd!

    Top notch service….I was fortunate to be serviced by the owner of the company for my emergency Saturday no heat call! Thankfully Frosty’s got me set up with heat for my cold home when my AHS Warranty company couldn’t service me until that Monday…The problem was assessed quickly, without any hidden charges or unnecessary charges that I didn’t need….which often happens with the contractors provided by the warranty companies…they seem to make the job larger/more expensive than needed…Frosty was timely..honest…and offered exceptional friendly service!

    Frosty also followed up days after to make sure all was working properly and even spoke to the warranty company tech to let him know exactly what was done and what was remaining… I really appreciate Frosty for being honest about fees/services which allowed me to still utilize my warranty company to complete the covered charges….thank you again and I highly recommend if you’re looking for great service and good work - Frosty’s should be your go to for heating & cooling needs!

    We've had them replace 2 HVAC systems in the last 2 years (lucky us, I know), and Frosty's gave us a competitive price and exceptional service. In both cases, and in the routine maintenance since, they confirm the appointment and arrival time, show up on time, do quality work, clean up and report back to us on the work they did. Todd, in particular, was extraordinarily friendly and courteous.

    Frosty's technicians are the best in the DMV. Stephanie is amazing to work with and makes the whole experience a breeze. Todd, Larry, and Brandon make repairs and large replacements easy and efficient. They're always dependable for quick service and quality work. Lastly, Mary is a delight that is both a wealth of knowledge and always willing to help where she can. Great company!

    Friendly and professional with clear explanations of what was done and what might be needed with absolutely no upsell. Where someone else (and some other companies in fact have) might have pushed additional services, Todd made rational recommendations and suggestions for easy ways to keep the units running. He even fixed a couple of small items he could have charged for under the normal maintenance. Half of the owners in my complex use Frosty's for routine and larger maintenance and we all happily continue to recommend them to others.
