    Frosty's came for a Spring check-up and discovered two leaks. Recommendation was to replace the system. Our landlord approved. They came back today and installed the new system. They were kind and quick. In and out with system testing all in 3 hours. They also took care of a quick noise issue in one of the ducts - easy fix but nice of them to do it.

    Beware. I had a maintenance agreement with Frosty's for a rental property. Months after a "service" visit, the tenant told me that the service person wouldn't go up to look at the unit because they didn't feel safe on the tall ladder. That's totally fine - let's just get someone else who can do the work. When I called Frosty's I asked if the records said anything about the service that was never completed. Nope. The note from the service person was that the service was done. They had even mentioned that the equipment was 12 years old. Which is odd, because it was all replaced just 2 years ago. So, it appears they just copied the previous record and closed up the job - no service provided.
    So, if you conduct business with Frosty's, make sure they actually do the work. FWIW - a neighbor of mine has been totally happy with Frosty's, that's why i went with them.

    Tyler was super helpful and knowledgeable on fixing my tankless gas water heater. He was able to identify the issue the same day. I had previously hired 3 different plumbers who told me they didn’t know how to work a Bosch water heater. Tyler got right to work and figured out the issue and was able to come back the next day with the correct tools. He also installed my new nest thermostats we just got. With the help of Andrew, Tyler and Andrew cleaned out my clogged strainer and fixed issues with my PRV that the builder did incorrectly. They were extremely helpful, went the extra mile to help, and make sure everything was working correctly. The next day after that Andrew came and helped me change the settings for the temperature controls something only technicians have access to. They went above and beyond, offered quality service, and are completely trustworthy! If you have hvac issues, water heater problems or any pressure issues these guys are the real deal!!

    I have been a Frosty's customer for over 20 years. I continue to use the service because they are professional and get the job done. I have a service contract with them to check my HVAC system in the Spring and Fall. They call and email to remind me of the service. They schedule appointments quickly and perform the service as needed. The staff has always been great, and I would recommend them highly.

    Last year we replaced our aging HVAC system as well as our hot water heater. Frosty's did a superb job installing the new equipment, it has all performed perfectly since then (throughout the winter and summer seasons) and since then we've been without a care in the world. Frosty's calls to remind us of and to schedule semi-annual inspections and maintenance, so we really have nothing to do but enjoy our new systems and delight in the first-rate customer care we receive from Frosty's. we just had our semi-annual check up and everything continues to be working efficiently, reliably and smoothly. We're cool in the summer, cozy and warm in the winter, have fresh clean air year-round, and enjoy plenty of hot water: who could ask for anything more?

    Highly recommended. Frosty’s provided exceptional service on every aspect of a large project—from owner James’ consultation to Service Manager Larry’s installation-team leadership. I had two HVAC systems installed in my 1940’s colonial (one system in the attic, another in the basement) to improve cooling on the second floor and to eliminate ductwork on the first floor. The full job took only three days and could not have gone more smoothly. Frosty’s had a 3-4 person crew at my door at EXACTLY 7am every morning, and the crew was gone (and my house clean) by the time I arrived home every evening. Product manager Larry was wonderfully professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and went to great lengths to ensure every aspect of the job was completed to my satisfaction. His team of Paul, Leo, and Tony were highly efficient and respectful. The systems are performing perfectly, the price was fair, and the service was exceptional. I give Frosty’s an A+ and will recommend and use them for future work.

    We've been using Frosty's for over a year, and they have certainly rescued us when other companies were busy during the hottest months of the year. We appreciated their honesty and professionalism, so we had them install a new HVAC in the summer. Since then, we have been using them for service visits. I do recommend them.     I couldn't wait to leave Frosty's a raving review! Yesterday at some point while my husband and I were at work, our AC completely died. We both work long hours, and didn't know until about 8pm last night when we came home to a HOT house. This morning I tried calling 7 different HVAC services and none of them were able to guarantee a time for today, tomorrow, and some not even until Monday. I honestly had no hope of getting this fixed any time soon. Late last night I had filled out an online form for Frosty's and they called me back early this morning, after I thought I exhausted my options. Mary, who was wonderful over the phone, was so kind and professional and was able to schedule a technician to come out today between 12-4pm after I told her I was 8 months pregnant ( I think she could sense my panic over the phone). I was THRILLED, as I couldn't get anyone else to even commit to a time frame. Not only was Mary able to get someone out here, she somehow made it happen TWO HOURS before the promised time! James arrive at my door roughly around 10:30-11am and was able to get everything repaired and up and running by 11:30am! He also explained all of our options moving forward, which was so incredibly helpful. I couldn't believe the kindness that they both showed me and my family today, and I am forever grateful. Thanks Frosty's! Will definitely be calling again for any further HVAC needs!
