I've been using Frosty's for years and my go-to technician is Phil. My system can be temperamental but Phil has been servicing my unit for years and knows its quirks. He's professional and honest and answers any and all questions that I throw at him with patience. Would recommend the company for all HVAC need and then request Phil!

Frosty's is staffed with professionals, such as Phil R, who perform excellent work. We especially appreciate the biannual checkup deal - our system hasn't quit working since we signed up. Would recommend to anyone.

We recently hired Frosty's to fix our heat. They sent Phil out to repair our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and answered all of our questions. He had our heat going in no time and we haven't had any more problems since. I highly recommend Frosty's and don't forget to ask for Phil!

They charged $209 for coming out and then $89 on top of it for flipping a reset button. !!!$209 for the service call, during the typical workday not weekends, or after hours or emergency. Then the technician claimed they were told the unit continually needed coolant added, indicative of a leak. No one told them that but it didn't stop them from giving me an estimate for $2400 to fix a leak and try to influence me to move foward. If you have that kind of money for a basic call, $209 before ANY work- use them. They'll be happy to take your money.

I would rate this 4 1/2 stars. The guys doing the work were amazing. The space in my attic is small, so they had to have the right size guys to get the unit up the stairs and into the attic: translation, smaller guys, but incredibly strong and nimble. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and given the virus conditions, they made sure to keep everyone safe. They did it quickly, cleanly and professionally. My only complaint, is I could have used more assistance with being taught how to use the thermostat once the installation was done. They are coming back to help with this, hence the 4 and 1/2 stars. Guys doing the work, five stars.

I contacted Frosty’s because of a severe allergy condition. The service rep Thea checked the system under the terms of a fall maintenance program and explained why it was important for someone with my symptoms to replace a part of a particulate scrubber that had been previously installed.

Within a short time I have found that the new part was well worth the nominal cost because my allergies have substantially lessened. There was no additional charge for the checkup, and the many questions I asked about operating the system so as to best control my condition were fully answered.

I had my unit serviced this week and Phil was great! He was clear about anything that needed to be fixed and was upfront with estimated costs. It was really easy to make my appointments and I will definitely use Frosty's again in the future!

Frosty's is one of the few companies that really understands high pressure systems that are needed for retrofitting old houses. Mauricio showed up on time, was extremely thorough and polite, and answered all my questions. They worked a 10 hour day with hardly any breaks and no complaints to replace all the duct work in my attic. And they cleaned up when they were done.
