Dave, Steve, Jesse and Travin were on time and did a great job on both the removal and the install. Cleaned up after themselves and completed the job quickly. Dave did a good job of walking me through the new equipment and explaining the upgraded thermostat.

I had several companies come out to give me quotes and Brad is the only one that took his time, explained everything I was getting and why I was getting it. The other guys just through me a price in about ten minutes and we’re gone, no real explanation of what I would be getting and what was included.
Everyone I came in contact with did a great job! Thanks guys!

My A/C stopped blowing cold air. Called Gillette, they were able to squeeze me in for a same day appt! The gentleman showed up in the time frame given to me and were fast to find the problem and fix it! I will call Gillette next time I have an issue.

Our heating and AC system had not been upgraded since our house was built in 1994. After viewing several systems, we decided to go wth Carrier and Gillette, even though they were more expensive than some other bids, but we liked their promise of a better system, warranty, and service. We have not been disappointed with the service we received, nor with the additional gas line, drier vent, upgraded thermostat, and humidifier they included. Also, we received quick and professional responses with help in operating our system, and with improving it by them determing that we needed an extra heat vent in our down stairs office and an extra cold air return, which they installed at no extra charge.
I have been very pleased wth our heating system and the service we have been provided and am comfident that I will receive prompt service if I need it.

We got a letter in the mail from Carrier, working with Gillette, offering a great deal for upgrading our furnace and install air conditioning.

We were able to get an appointment just two weeks after we accepted the offer. The crew showed up in the morning and worked till everything was installed and the old system removed. And they cleaned up any messes they may have caused.

It has been a month since we received their services and we are still pleased with the A/C and furnace.

Got the mail-in offer for replacing our HVAC system with their rebate program. John Merkley drove all the way over to our place, took a look, ran the numbers with me, and told me to my face “Honestly if I were you, this program wouldn’t make sense until something major breaks”

Honesty is something in short supply these days, and the fact that they are willing to tell you when it makes financial sense rather than just trying to sell you a service is invaluable

We’ve had ongoing issues with this This furnace installation since the beginning year and a half ago. After multiple technicians we finally got a technician Dustin Scott who actually seem to know what he was doing and so far has fixed the furnace. Our humidifier is still an issue but we’re going to give that another week or two before we call again. We are impressed with their willingness to help and sincere desire to make things right.

The crew from Gillette was friendly, professional, and did a great job. Our house has a few characteristics that presented some obstacles, but with their experience and skill the crew resolved every issue and everything turned out great. They even went the extra mile to fix a few things that had previously been installed improperly.
I got several bids, but Gillette was the best--especially considering the quality of the system. They gave us an amazing deal and saved us a lot of money. We are very happy with the price we paid for our new furnace, AC and humidifier.
After installation, their office support team was proactive and very helpful getting us the energy rebates we qualified for. Every interaction with every member of Gillette's staff was positive and professional throughout the entire process. I am very impressed with the operation they are running.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the quality of our new system and the service we received from Gillette Heating and Air Conditioning. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We have been very impressed with Gillette Heating and air. When we first bought our house, out AC broke right when we moved in. After it was fixed (with another company using home insurance), we continued having issues where our upstairs was on average 15 degrees hotter than it was downstairs, and it was miserable. We had several different companies come out, just to tell us that there was nothing we could do except some temporary fixes that we tried, but didn't work at all. We found Gillette and they came out and Jason told us that we only had 1 return in the entire house which was likely contributing to the problem. It was not an easy fix, but we hired them to come out and install a return upstairs for us. It helped drop the temperature upstairs a few degrees, and they told us that they could install 3 more returns upstairs as well! We decided that with the heat this year, and our AC and Furnace being 19 years old, we didn't want to take the risk of it breaking again this year so we decided to get them replaced. Gillette came out quickly, and installed a new AC and Furnace, and one more return upstairs. Carver and Donny were very professional and did a great job for us! We can already see a huge difference, especially with our new thermostat and sensors that help balance the temp upstairs and downstairs. We are extremely pleased and now the temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs during the day is only about 3-5 degrees. We can't thank them enough for helping
us make our home a comfortable place to live!

We received a letter in the mail from them listing some rebates and discounts available and we thought it was time to replace our furnace and air conditioner. We called and a salesman came out told us we did not need the most expensive units and also offered several alternatives. We called back and took his offer. They scheduled to appointment for several days later. They arrived on time, were very professional and left on time with all of f their work areas very clean.

I was really impressed with Gillette. I first looked at who had the best google reviews. Then had them come out as our air conditioner was struggling. It is super old so we knew we’d probably need a new one. Jason was very thorough yet quick in his evaluation and gave me a few options. He wasn’t pushy at all and told us to let them know. We had 2 other companies come out for a second opinion and both were way more expensive than Gillette and we’re trying to up-sell us on other unnecessary things. One of them stayed for 2 hours and would not leave...I was beyond annoyed. We decided to go with Gillette and so far I’m so happy. Brandon was great and was really thorough and clean with everything he had to move and replace. He was respectful and ran through everything with me. The other employee (Trevor Or Tyler, I can’t remember his name. Sorry) was also really great. I felt safe leaving them at the house and running errands and would recommend Gillette to anyone. Their prices are very fair and the employees are very professional.
