Notified us they were going to be early. Did a great and quick job. They were friendly as well and didn't leave a mess behind.

Had my furnace go out. They came very recommended and now I can see why! Called for service they were very honest and up front told me it was not worth fixing with the damages and the age. They call sales to come over and he showed up same day to look and discuss. Very smooth process, they even bump us in because we were without heat! also willing to bring heaters until they could get the stuff together for the install!

I sure appreciate Ricardo and Gillette Heating coming out to repair my exhaust fan in our bathroom that was broken during a roofing company putting on shingles. They were very professional, did a great job, and despite our attic being very tight, they were able to repair it, all with a smile. I sure appreciate it!

Installed new furnace, mounted thermostats and more. The friendly installation techs showed up on time and placed blankets on the floors to protect them. They quickly went to work and got the job done of removing the old furnace. Once the new one was in they went over all the changes. Afterwards they answered all my questions patiently and friendly the whole time. They went through all the settings and helped me test both the heating and AC to make sure I was 100% satisfied and believe me I am!

The team at Gillette HVAC were amazing to work with from estimating to installing. Professional, knowledgeable, informative, organized, on-time, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had an ANCIENT HVAC system that required some tricky duct work with the new install and they knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend!!

I had a whole new heating and cooling system installed. From the letter sent in the mail, the site visit to assess equipment, estimation process, financing, office assistance, installation & clean up, this company & its team we’re fantastic!! Each step along the way every person was patient, respectful, answered my questions, addressed my concerns, and showed me how the new equipment worked. It was a BIG job, took 1.5 days. There were some unexpected twists too, but these guys took their time to do it the right way. Very refreshing. I highly recommend Gillette Heating & Air!

Unfortunately I have had to come back and update our review. After doing some maintenance found that one of our ducts was completely blocked (stuffed behind a rafter which need to be cut - took me 20 seconds to fix) wondered why that room was never to temperature. Also they didn’t even attempt to seal any joints(massive holes at every joint) really disappointed in the work after having inspected by another company.

We’ve had a number of people out to look at our HVAC issues. Alex was the first that took the time to listen and allow me to explain everything before he started trying to look at it and make recommendations. He clearly explained everything and allowed me to pepper him with all kinds of questions. He taught me a lot in the process of fixing it, and was the first to dig in before making a snap judgement. We ended up with our system actually working as expected. Thank you Alex!
