Gillette Heating And Air Conditioning

They did a full A/C & Heating system for our home about a year ago. We new we needed a new heater 3 years ago, but have limped it along. Then when the a/c completely seized and due to it's age wasn't worth repair, we bit the bullet. We priced out several people, Gillette wasn't the cheapest but they were honest. I understand heating and a/c very well. Of course, I didn't tell any of the salesman I priced out that. I wanted to see what they would say. Shawn (the owner) came out, listened to what our problems were and then talked with me through my options of what the systems were and how they would be affective in my home. He was 100% honest about it, the price was exactly as he said it would be, and his team was super clean and respectful of my home during their work. They even adjusted their process so they wouldn't wake the baby when they first came. I've since called them back for just a couple little weird things (vent rattle and a drain tube I knocked out of place and couldn't figure out how to get back right) and they have always shown up that day to fix it - for free under warranty. Nina filed all the paperwork for me on the rebates (THANK YOU!) and we enjoyed a winter and a/c with the best it's ever worked and lower utility bills. I highly recommend them.

Ricardo Maldonado was awesome!!! The repair was needed on a Holiday 7/4/22 and he arrived within 15 minutes … we will never call anyone else other than Gillette… This was our 1st time calling them, we are telling everyone we know… thanks Ricardo☺️

My furnace went off the other night and Shaun walked us through finding out what the problem was so we could irestart it. He discovered it was a part we needed which he didn't have on hand. He could have come out and charged a lot since it was evening, but he is a super good person. It wasn't terrible cold that night so we used space heaters and were fine. The next morning he sent one of his technicians out and got it running. The price was incredibly more reasonable than I expected. Whew! It went out the next evening and Shaun came himself and got it running(charged nothing) and it's been running perfectly since then. Nina set me up on a monthly plan to keep two furnaces and my air conditioner running perfectly and the price was incredibly good! I'm so happy with Gillette Heating and Air Conditioning. I wouldn't have anyone else!

Dakota was nice and quick! Gillette Heating and Air was able to send him over on a Sunday to fix our broken AC. The price was very reasonable, especially considering it was the weekend. He also helped us install and set up our new Nest thermostat. A++

We came home from vacation and our AC was out. We called a couple other places that couldn’t help us out for a few days but Gillette found a tiny gap in their schedule to come out and take a look. They had us up and running so quickly! The technician was super nice and professional. I would use them again for sure!!!

We asked Gillette install a whole home humidification system in our home. We had very specific needs and wanted to ensure the system we purchased was the best possible at a reasonable price. Gillette delivered on both points. We did some homework on our own to verify that what they were recommending was the best option and they were correct. The installation went smoothly and we are pleased with the result. I would recommend Gillette.

Gillette heating and ac are fantastic. From the very beginning they were professional and didnt try to upsale me. I told them our needs and they put together package to match what we need. On install day the technicians were fabulous. The laid down floor covering so they kept the carpet and floors clean from coming in and out. Their workmanship is top notch and went the extra mile to do it right.

Gillette Heating And Air Conditioning recently installed a new AC unit, a new heating system and installed a new thermostat.

They installed good equipment and were very knowledgeable, efficient, informative and helpful. They accomplished a big job in a timely manner. They went above and beyond in their service.

The company was great to work with. We replaced our furnace and installed a new A/C unit. Before the installation, they let us know who was coming and they came right at the expected time. The installation was smooth and they explained what they did really well.

Jason arrived within the window of time I was given and was professional in his interactions with me, very nice guy. Our equipment is relatively new and it was just a tuneup, but he was still thorough and switched out our filter for one we had on hand, which was really great. We didn’t need any repairs, but I’d feel comfortable having them come back to fix my ac or furnace as needed.
