Triple-T Plumbing, Heating & Air

This company was not honest with me. I had someone come out that charged me 150 dollars just to tell me what i already knew, that my AC was broken. He insisted that there was nothing i could do that i needed to replace the whole thing AND that it would cost me 15K… I told him that i didn't have the money for that and he finally said that he would fix the motor for 900 bucks. I said that price was outrageous and he responded that there was nothing he could do because the motor was 700 dollars (200 for labor). I bought my own motor online for 200 dollars and replaced it myself and its working great again. Ultimately this company lied to me and stole my money. I would not recommend to anyone.

They were able to get me in the day I called. Gus, our technician, was very thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained everything very clearly. He was able to fix the problem and took great care of us!

They were great to work with! When we had a problem with our system they stepped up and took care of the issue at their own expense. I greatly appreciated their integrity! Les was awesome about coming out the other day and helping diagnose a problem with our thermostat we had bought from another company. Thanks again for your expertise and honesty!

I had an issue with my HVAC system and reached out to Triple-T to investigate and diagnose the problem. Payton texted me when he was on his way, showed up when I was expecting him, and was kind and courteous while checking on my system. He was thorough and quick, which was nice to see his sense of urgency on my behalf. He was able to address the issue and I conveniently paid on site. Great experience overall.

These guys did an amazing job! They had great costumer service, I get really nervous when people come over to fix something in our house, but they were really good at explaining things and making sure I knew exactly what needed to be done. I will be using them again if we ever need help.

Triple-T went way out of their way to help us. They sent 3 guys out at the very end of the day to replace our hot water heater (which was especially appreciated given the cold, close to 0 degree weather outside). So helpful, so fast, very professional, great work! Thank you Breasha for the great help over the phone and making this happen! Thank you Pete, Riley and Brady for the excellent work and being willing to come out so late in the day! We really appreciate you all!

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Triple-T the plumbers that came out were amazing, we did a couple of bathroom remodels and having Brady and his team made things so much easier. They were spot on with the vision we were going for, I'm so glad I went with his suggestions with raising my shower head. What a difference that small suggestion made..I have comfort knowing such an important part of
my home was taken care of by you guys. Thank you all so much for what you do, our family is so grateful having a company like this in this community!

Gus was great! He not only fixed the issue but gave me advice and really good information about my system. Never felt he was selling me or anything like that. Gus was so helpful and I felt he genuinely wanted to make sure we understood what was happening and options I could take. Triple T has been by far the best Heating and Air company I’ve used.

All the workers from Triple-T were respectful, hard working, and great at communicating. We always knew who was coming to the house, and when they would arrive. They spent two days installing a new furnace and air conditioner in our home and made sure to keep our house as clean as possible. We really enjoyed working with them.

I will recommend all my friends and family to Triple-T. Lance went above and behind what I expected and his attention to detail is unmatched! Thanks for helping us feel comfortable making a large purchase with no regrets and no sales pressure for a new furnace and A/C. 5/5 stars!
