Marcial check our 20 year old system made recommendation for replacement. He was great, very personable, easy to talk to and answered all our questions! Gillette H and A has been great to work with!!!

We had a kinda funky install situation adding a heat pump to our 110 year old house and replacing a 40 year old furnace. It took a couple of consults, but everyone we worked with was considerate and professional. Braxton and Brandon eventually did the install with really minimal disruption. Couldn’t be happier.

Braxtin and Brandon were very professional and efficient in installing our new dual fuel system. Gillette offered a really great value this high quality product, we are very pleased.

Absolutely the worst HVAC experience we could have ever asked for. Be extremely careful with these folks. Honesty and integrity with this company is something they don’t believe in. Starting with the technicians, the managers, and the owner himself. Their technician lied to our tenants, red tagged our system and said he called Questar to report a leak. This was on April 1st, in a late season snowstorm. Our tenants have a baby and elderly parents and were just moving in! It was evening! The technician did not say any of this to us when speaking to us. Obviously he was mad he couldn’t upsell us. We ultimately called Questar ourselves to have them come check because our tenants were afraid and frankly we were too at that point. Questar asked us to have everyone go outside for safety reasons. (Again, during a snowstorm). Questar came and declared the house up to code and detected zero leaks. We requested help from Gillette to handle this horrible technician as this should not happen to anyone else! The manager answering the phone did not help and obviously we assume did not pass on our info or the situation to the owner (or he simply did not care.) Either way, this is bad news. Stay away.

Gillette did an amazing job replacing my furnace and A/C unit! They were very up front and I felt no pressure from them! They presented many options and set me up with an awesome unit that didn't break the bank!

I had the technician Colton come figure out our over-heating issues. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Really took appropriate measures to find the root cause of the issue and built trust for me(the customer). This guy needs a raise.

The guys were super nice and friendly and respectful. They kept me informed and were very accommodating with my little kids around. They did a great job and cleaned everything up afterwards.

My technician did a great job of troubleshooting and isolating the problem. He is very knowledgeable on the type of furnace I have. Although my warranty will not cover issue. I appreciate all that he has done.

The crews came to my house to rip out old system and install new electric furnace and A/C. They were fun, friendly, professional and respectful of the house. Install went seamlessly and would recommend to anyone.

Sales experience was great and quotes beat competitors by a large margin. Installers were very professional and worked all day through difficult weather conditions.
