Buying our new furnace and central air from HRC has been one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Coming to our house for the bid was short and sweet, he was in and out. Not like others who wasted a lot of time trying to sell us something out of our budget. Very professional and considerate of our needs.
The crew that come to install got right to business and everyone of the employees was totally considerate of our family. There crews are very efficient, they took time to explain how to use our new system and maintain it.

Dude they are 10/10 they showed up within an hour of contacting and checked out our furnace and had the problems dialed in and explained in about 15-20 minutes, had parts on hand to do the repair and had heat running within 20 more minutes max.

From having no heat for a week and another company push us to replacing the entire unit and then calling HRC two hours later we have heat.
