After another company cancelled on us just an hour before they were scheduled to fix our broken heater, Paul came to the rescue in just a few short hours. He was super knowledgeable, kind, and very respectful. He figured out the problem was due to the orginial installer not using the correct materials for our size of unit. Thanks to Paul, he was able to get the orginial installer to not only fix that mistake but a few other things that Paul pointed out were in error as well, and it was all done for free! Thanks Paul, you saved me hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars!!! There is no doubt I will be calling HRC for any other heating and cooling needs!
At first I absolutely loved HRC they were awesome and didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. However today I found out I needed a receipt for my seller disclosure in selling my home and it’s like pulling teeth. They tried to send it to me and I could not view the receipt on any electronic device so I called to ask if they could send it to me a different way. I talked to Paul who had previously been amazing and helpful but today he was short with me and told me that it was my fault I was unable to access my receipt and acted as though I was the biggest inconvenience to him and would not listen to what I was trying to say. All I needed was it sent in a different way but I was cut off by him being irritable and defensive. So in short I am happy with my furnace but I did not like that after I’ve already given them my money and a good review I am no longer an important customer and was treated so poorly.
*An apology means a lot and so does being heard, HRC has since reached out to me and apologized for this instance which goes a long way in my book.
Last summer, it was time to upgrade from a swamp cooler to central air to deal with the hot summers. I chose to go with HRC and I don't have a single regret. I had them install central air and a new energy efficient furnace at the same time. Paul and his staff were great at meeting my expectations in regards to time, price and most important.. quality. I would highly recommend HRC to any one needing HVAC services.
My Air conditioner quit running in 100 degree heat. Paul helped me make the decision to fix it or replace it and what would be best for me. They were fast, efficient and honest. I will recommend HRC to everyone!!
Called in the morning thinking I'd be lucky to get service before the end of the week, but Kaelen called at noon and asked if he could drop by two hours *earlier* than my scheduled 2:00PM appointment! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, at a fair price to boot. After a couple bad experiences with a competitor, HRC Climate Services are now my go-to HVAC guys.
Every time I use HRC climate services they go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. I have had this company work on commercial properties, residential properties, and my own home.

I have never had such an amazing experience with an HVAC company before. My A/C went out and it was 95 degrees outside. I called HRC and within an hour someone was at my house. Within another hour my A/C was fixed!! Their tech was courteous, efficient, quick and had the parts he needed in his truck. He also offered additonal services and reccomendations that he thought would be helpful, but was not "sales pitchy" about it. I truly felt like he had my best interest at heart. I am so grateful for the quick response and the professionalism I experienced. HRC has my business 100% moving forward and I will reccomend them to EVERYONE!!
Woke up with furnace barely working. Called HRC and was given service time of between 1 and 3PM today. Kaelen arrive just before 1 pm 😊. Quick diagnosis and he was able to fix right then. He was thorough and explained things well. Thank you HRC.
