HRC Climate Services

I had to replace my whole system this year and HRC took care of me so well. They kept me up to date and their pricing was great. The uv is a nice touch and love the whole home humidifier, will never be without one again!

HRC came out quickly (same day) when I called and did a great job repairing and servicing the furnaces in our building! The technicians that came were very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up as they worked and left our office cleaner than it was when they came. AWESOME company with AMAZING technicians! I highly recommend them!

Paul came right over on a cold winter Sunday morning. He took the entire burner apart and cleaned it thoroughly. He replaced the thermostat and taught us how to use it. He went above and beyond to help us get heat back to our frozen household!

My AC stopped working so I called one company that couldn't make the appointment until the next day (100 degree temperatures outside), so I decided to call HRC Climate Services and they were able to be at my home in less than 2 hours. The service tech was able to fix the problem, but by the end of the day it stopped working. We called again the next morning, the same tech came and did a thorough investigation identifying a stripped wire causing a short circuit to blow the fuse for the furnace fan. It was fixed without an additional charge. The tech was professional, and I would consider using their services again.

Paul and his team at HRC are amazing! We called them when our air conditioner suddenly started making a terrible sound, and they got someone out within a few hours that same day. They were honest and upfront about the cost of services and repairs. The technicians that came out were knowledgeable and professional.

I generally don't give five star reviews, but with HRC I will make an exception. I have worked with Paul and crew for many years, and they have always been responsive and informative. I have had problems with my air conditioning that they have tried to help with within the limitations of my budget. Recently our heater began to show it's age, and HRC was able to provide me a replacement - completely installed - the day after I ordered it. The folks at HRC exemplify the meaning of customer service, and their work is absolutely top notch.

They did a wonderful job communicating with us. The person that came to fix our problem was very kind and did a great job helping us know where the issue was and fixed it quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great to work with! It was quick to set up the appointment and they were available for the next day on a routine type of service. The tech came right at the beginning of the 2 hour window they gave me, which was really nice. He was very informative about the service done and other options available for us.

HRC Climate Services is quick to respond, knows their stuff and kept checking on us even after everything was fixed.
