Phew!! I am so happy and thankful that we found HRC! We were told we needed a whole new system by another company and were quoted $12K. We called HRC, they came quickly and got us up and running for $220 and said our system is fine shape. We have a new HVAC company now! HRC is going in the phone! Thanks HRC! We use them at our business now too and they're great for commercial as well!

Mike did a great job and was very thorough and helped me understand concerns and how my systems were working. Will definitely keep using HRC for my heating and cooling repairs and maintenance!

Paul came within 10 minutes of calling, and had our heater cleaned and fixed in about an hour. He knows his way around a heater, which is so refreshing. Thank you I'll definitely be calling only you guys in the future.
Update: I needed a gas line run and a fire place installed and called Paul again. He came in a short amount of time, installed the line and fireplace efficiently and troubleshot the fireplace when it wasn’t working quite right (it was an older fireplace). He cleaned it up with attention to detail, replaced the non functioning part and got it running perfectly. The best part is I fully expected to pay much more than he quoted due to the extra labor to replace the broken part. He didn’t! No one does that, he is an honest guy and that’s a rare thing. Thank you hrc!

HRC installed a furnace for us a couple of months ago (at a very competitive price, by the way). It had a problem where it started to leak a substantial amount of water. Mike O'Brian came the same day that we called and fixed the problem. He was very courteous and professional. I initially gave HRC 4 stars because we had an installation-related issue, but I am going to change it to 5 because their service is great.

I had a small problem with water condensation in my furnace.
They came right over and fixed it for no charge. Super nice.

They always do good work.

I had other people bid jobs before and they always just wanted to put in a whole new system for 5 to 8 grand.

These guys just keep cleaning my old one and they've saved me thousands.

Very friendly guy, but I was quoted I believe $49 to inspect my natural gas heater in my garage and after he wasn't able to fix my heater or source the part I needed he charged me $87. He said it was because he did an "extensive inspection". Not sure how that works out, but I won't be using them again.

Update: The owners of the company reached out and made the situation right. I really appreciate their professionalism and fixing the issue. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have used HRC for both my residential and commercial property, I have always been impressed with the great friendly service they provide. Their estimates are timely and accurate. What I like the most is that they inform you of what should be done right away and what could need attention down the road. I will continue to use their service for many years to come.

I am a landlord who now lives out of state and have used Paul and HRC for my rental property. He is very accesible and answers calls and texts very quickly. He somehow always has time to get to me quickly which is refreshing in the service industry, especially for someone who must be busy with all the happy customers. Billy did a great job installing a new dryer vent system in my home. He cut the drywall and installed a capped over the old ventilation system exactly how I asked him to so repairing the wall would be easy to do afterwards. The pricing for all of the work I requested was very reasonable. I will be coming back if I have more projects I need completed.

I am extremely impressed with this company. I got bids from several companies to install AC in my home and they were the most professional and the lowest price. They answered all of my questions, kept my home clean as they worked, were courteous, kind, and respectful. They went over and above by helping fix a broken air vent, and tuning up our furnace at no charge. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my heating and AC needs in the future.
