Excel Heating & AC

I highly recommend Excel! I have used them for years. I had them install a new system years ago, then had them install a split system when we did a special remodel on our kitchen. They have always been fantastic to work with and quick to respond.

We've had Excel Heating & AC repair not only our heating/AC system but they were very responsive when our hot water heater went out. They are extremely professional, down to earth, and reliable to arrive on time and get the job done right the first time.

Honest and Fair! I can't say enough about Excel. I have used them many times over the years and every time I have had nothing but the best in customer service. I have referred Excel to neighbors that have been previously told by other HVAC contractors that they needed who new systems when it was something as simple as a capacitor. If it can be repaired, they will repair it. If it needs to be replaced, they will do it at a fair price with excellent workmanship.

After 20 years it was time to replace my entire system. Jeff explained all my options with absolutely no pressure. I scheduled them; they came on time and installed the new system, and I could not be happier with the result.

My A/C in my office went out and so I called my regular HVAC Company. They couldn't get to me for a week.... so they referred me to Excel. Kelly called within 10 minutes as well as sent a text message to schedule the appt. for the next morning (lightning speed). They sent me a text reminder when BJ (technician) was en route. BJ was extremely professional and caring. He was smiling and very friendly to chat with... and we loved having him in our home. He took the time to listen, diagnose the problem, then found a part to repair the unit quickly. This was not a solicited review, and I had no ties to this company. I simply appreciate it when a company "Takes Care" and does it in a friendly way. Thank you for your exceptional service!

Excel Heating and Air Conditioning is very honest company!!!. I had Absolute Air diagnosed my furnace problem and they told me that my heating system circuit board is bad and it’s going to cost $1000 to fix it. Then they strongly suggested me that it’s better to replace whole thing since my furnace is 16 years old. Then they told me that if I’m replacing furnace, I also should replace A/C. I agreed to have my whole system replace by Absolute Air.

I decided to have second opinion and talked to the owner of this company, Jeff.
He told me that circuit board doesn’t cost $1000 to fix it and it should be few hundred dollars. Jeff sent his employee to my house on same day and he diagnosed the problem. The technician from Excel told me that I don’t need new furnace. Their price for new circuit board was only $250 plus labor fee.
Why did Absolute Air guy told me that it’s going to cost about $1000?!?!
I’m glad I talked to Jeff to get second opinion.
I almost spend more than $14,000 for new furnace and AC.!!!

When my AC went out I called another company to come diagnose the problem with my condenser unit. The technician told me I needed a new compressor and quoted me $2,400 to change it! I decided I would get a second opinion. Elias from Excel Heating & AC came to my home and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I gave him the backstory and he immediately had an idea of what the problem was. Ultimately he ended up fixing the unit by replacing the capacitor (a $20-$40 part) and saving me $2,400! His honesty and professionalism were as refreshing as the fresh, cold air flowing out of my vents again! I highly recommend this company!

Just like to take a minute to leave a review on my experience with Excel Heating and AC. Really impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and overall kindness. Jeff came out to give me some ideas of how I can cool down my bonus over the garage. He brainstormed a bunch of ideas, shared pros & cons, and suggested creative solutions I had not considered. Additionally while he was checking out my current central air unit he noticed it was in desperate need of service, he had one if his guys come out, Eli, to service. Eli too was awesome to work with. Always nice when you come across a good company that you know you can call when you inevitably will need HVAC work.

This is one of the best company I have ever used! They came out the very next day, no long wait, did an excellent job of tuning up my air-conditioning unit. They were so helpful and even ordered me extra filters at a great price this is the best company Ever!

Ben came and took a look at our AC. We could not be more pleased with the service that he provided. Ben was on time, professional, honest, and very pleasant. I would highly recommend Excel because of the work that they did and especially the honesty. Ben, after assessing our AC could have told us we needed an expensive repair because it was obvious that I am not experienced with AC systems. Ben told me the truth of the matter in terms that I could understand. The solution was not costly and it was simple. They were in and out in a matter of minutes. Great job Excel Heating & AC!
