I bought a rental property that needed a new HVAC put in because the old dinosaur that was in there stopped working, I had them add air conditioning as well. They were professional, friendly and well priced. They had to do the work the following day and were kind enough to leave several space heaters so that there wouldn't be an issue with pipes freezing. I would for sure recommend them.
Paul came by because our AC system wasn't cooling the house, he cleaned out the filters and replaced them and boom, instant cool. Very professional and quick, would recommend!
Our furnace stopped working this morning and it’s a cold snowy day. Kaelen was here in a very short time and had it working without delay, and at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t recommend this company or Kaelen more highly. Fast and professional.
We woke up to a cold house, fearing we’d need a new furnace at Christmas time. We called as soon as businesses were open and had a tech come out within the hour. He was clean, knowledgeable & educated me a little bit. We didn’t spend much to have our home warm again. I felt like we were in good hands.
Last May we paid an HVAC company a little over $3k to come and add AC to our existing furnace. Yesterday our furnace stopped working ((NOT RELATED TO THE AC INSTALL)) but because of that relationship I reached out to them to come take a look at it. At 1:52 pm I was told "I can swing by later today, I am sure it's something simple" at 6:52 pm I still hadn't seen or heard from them. So I reached out and got no response. 8:14 pm "Are you still coming?" no response. It's now 2:43 pm 24+ hours later and CRICKETS!!!
This morning at 8:15 I called HRC Climate Services and Alisha answered the phone. I told her my furnace was having problems. She asked if it would be okay if someone came out in "a couple of hours". I said yes of course (I'd waited 18 what was 2 more) at 9:10 (less than an hour) I got a call from Mike saying they were :10 minutes away. Mike and Kaelen were here for about 2 hours. That's not how long it took to fix it. They had that diagnosed almost immediately but I was so thankful that I went ahead and had them do a "TUNE-UP" as well. Now for less than $200 bucks, it's 70 again in the house and my 13 year old furnace "guts" look brand new. Mike and Kaelen gave me a couple of other items to keep an eye on and if/when my finances allow I'll have them back again to fix those too.
Now my wife (who freezes if it's 80) won't be cold again tonight. Thanks Alisha, Mike, Kaelen, and HRC (which if you don't know stands for Happy Repeat Customers) which we definitely will be in the future...unless you ignore me like the last guy did...but I don't see that happening.
They were the only company that could fit me in on the same day I called. BUT...Then they wanted to have me turn off the AC to thaw out the system so they could come back the next day to diagnose the problem and they'd CHARGE ME FOR A 2ND SERVICE CALL FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. Turns out they could have simply turned on the furnace for a few minutes to thaw out the system. I found somebody else who came just minutes after they left and took care of it without having to come back and double charge me. He also found the leak based on the oil leakage (the cap was missing the O-ring) without needing to charge hundreds of dollars and extra visits to put dye and freon in the system to find the leak. If you want to pay twice for one single problem or have somebody come who is not competent to fix your AC, call these guys. They'll be happy to help! Later the owner called me and claimed that it was fair to charge me twice because they weren't the ones who froze up my system. Hopefully you have better luck than I had if you go with them, but I was the opposite of impressed.
HRC connected my electrical backup generator to my natural gas supply. It was not a straightforward task but it was done very professionally in a very short time at a reasonable cost. I'm going to have them do all my work from now on.
I called in the morning and Mike came out later that day. He quickly noticed the problem with our furnace and fixed it. Everything was quick and smooth and Mike was very friendly and helpful.
