Dan was referred to me, the best kind of referral! We have used him to service our commercial units for over a year. Other companies recommended replacement of several units, but Dan said "Why replace a unit that is running perfectly ,just because it is older?" A year later, all units are still up and running at 100%. Dan is honest, reliable, and knows his stuff!! He spent hours and hours on a large commercial building with a complicated boiler, tstat system, and ac system. Diagnosing, rebuilding pumps, replacing boards, compressors, circuits etc, helping the sale go smoothly. He even checked on it multiple times to be sure it was properly running. Dan is terrific. He responded quickly, came right over, and was able to quickly diagnose and fix an issue with our furnace after another company failed to find the issue. He explains everything he's doing and why. Highly recommend you give Dan a call if you have furnace issues.

Dan is awesome! Besides just being a really nice guy it’s super nice to be able to talk to the person doing the repairs before they come out and have an idea of what you’re dealing with instead of talking to a secretary who schedules a visit you pay for to then find out what the plan is. I had narrowed down the problem myself and going over things on the phone he agreed with my findings and ordered the part I needed and everything was taken care of same day and in a short amount of time. He also took the time to walk me through some basic things to keep my system running for years to come. Dan knows his stuff and is reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

I had a furnace blower motor go out recently, so I called around to a few places to find a good contractor. Pittman caught my eye, because they had great reviews, and sound like a smaller business where I wouldn't be dealing with 12 different people through the process. Dan was the only one I talked to from start to finish. He was also the one that came out and actually did the work. He took my after hour calls, even texted back and forth to answer questions when I had them. He worked with supply houses to find replacement motors, and even found an upgraded motor for me that is quieter and more efficient than the old one.

I have a general distrust for contractors. Its probably more my personality than anything else. I am very particular about how a job gets done, so more often than not i'm usually very involved in the process. Naturally this requires me to ask lots of questions along the way. Dan was extremely patient and helpful. He always gave his honest opinion. I asked him lots of questions about our current 2 furnaces, and ac units. He spent time to look at them, and give me his thoughts on how everything was installed and setup. He never tried to upsell me, or talk me into anything I didn't need like many other HVAC companies do. I will absolutely be calling Pittman for all future HVAC needs!

I can’t say enough good things about Dan. He showed up same day during a heat wave when I’m sure everyone’s AC was breaking. He diagnosed and fixed BOTH problems with my outdoor unit in no time. He had the replacement parts in his truck so I was up and running immediately. And he was more than fair on price. And with no up selling! He’s the best.

Dan was the third company we called to fix a gas fireplace. The first two "ordered parts" and disappeared. Dan was awesome at communicating throughout the process and explaining things to me in laymen's terms. Highly recommend!

Saved our pipes from freezing when our heat went out in a cold spell. Showed me what he was doing as he went and told me to call and he could walk me through whatever code trips next time. Efficient so I saved money over what I knew some of the bigger companies charge, and I tried calling them first because I figured with so many techs they would have someone to send but nobody could come out so I dodged a bullet.
