Gillette Heating And Air Conditioning

My AC went on the fritz on a Friday. When I got home from work my house was a very toasty 88 degrees. I didn't think I would be able to find someone repair it before Monday. I was a bit worried since the weather forecast called for highs of 97 degrees all weekend. I called Gillette's early Saturday morning. They were able to get me an appointment that afternoon. Shawn (owner) arrived promptly on time. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. But what impressed me the most was the comment Shawn made about how busy they were due to the high temps. He said that they usually just had one service man doing repairs on the weekend, but they called in a second one and then Shawn, who doesn't typically work on Saturday was also responding to calls. He said they had been able to get everyone's units fixed that day. Fantastic customer service! He also gave me a great deal on the repair. I highly recommend Gillettes.

Installers showed up on time and were very professional. Took off their shoes in the house and put down floor coverings. Installation was prompt and techs went over the operation of all systems and programmed the thermostat. Everything was cleaned up and all old materials removed. Professional job was well done. Very satisfied with the new system.

They’ve been awesome to work with. I’ve had them out numerous times and have been pleased each time. Todays visit was a condensate pump installation and I was not pleased at all. I called the office right away and they listened and showed empathy and understanding and after calling me back they offered to come back out and reinstall it to my satisfaction. As of now I’m waiting, but despite not being perfect they so far are doing what they can to make it right. That’s what I expect, not perfection, just caring about their customer and providing a good service and doing everything they can. Once they make this right, I will change to a five star rating.

I have been remodeling my home since July '22. A new HVAC system was part of the plan. I had several bids, each around $17k to $14k. I contacted Gillette Heating and Air after receiving a letter in the mail advertising their services. The salesman came out, evaluated the system and said, "you're gonna like what I have to say." And, I did. They were the first HVAC company to offer a trade in on my old equipment. Their bid was outstanding. I accepted. A plan was made that day. The team was scheduled to arrive at 9 am. They arrived at 8:30a. I was a little unprepared but, oh well, it worked out. They had about 6 guys working around the clock. They were done and gone before I got home. The system they installed is awesome. I actually have to be very proactive in monitoring the heat (it's going into Winter now) because it heats soo well! Overall, the guys were professional and considerate, they office staff was responsive and kind, I loved my experience with Gillette. As someone who has been in the middle of remodeling for months... having a company do what they say they are going to do and do it well.. was an amazing feeling. No need to hassle them about clean up or pricing or continued repairs for a job that was poorly done. I recommend this company whole heartedly.

We had 2 AC installations done yesterday. The basement was a brand new system and needed the lines done. We have an older home and there was barely enough room for them to get the lines through. And they had to fix kinks from the original upstairs line. Even though it was a beast, they got it done! We are so impressed with the work of Kameron, Brandon, and Braxtin! They went above and beyond to help us get our ACs installed. Including shoveling dirt to make sure where we wanted them was level and perfect. They worked hard the entire day and finished it quicker than we were expecting.

And we really appreciate Cory and Chance coming at the end to help clean up.

Gillette installed a heat pump in my home. They were professional and got the job done quickly. I would use them in the future.
