I was wary... Been misled before on heating/cooling systems. But I couldn't be happier about going ahead and making the change to a Carrier furnace/AC thru Gillette. Everyone involved were great! I immediately felt a difference in my "upgraded" system and so far I am extremely happy I went ahead with the change. All of the Gillette personnel were generous, polite, helpful and beyond efficient and knowledgeable.

They got here on time and replaced two furnaces and two AC units. They kept the floors clean and then cleaned up after. The furnaces run great. There were five employees here and they were polite and fast. They made a few adjustments to the lines for my benefit too. I'm very impressed with Gillette.

This is the second time that I use their Services, I thought I had a water leak from the furnace unit's duct and Ricardo Maldonado was able to identified the leak which was not related to the unit and he was really professional, great actitud and really knowledgeable. Hand down THE BEST heating and air company I have worked with ever. I am a real estate agent and I use them a lot. I started with them on my own home installing an incredible a/c unit at a great price, what I didn’t know is I would be getting amazing service as well. Every client I have referred them to or unit I have had them service for my clients has been a great experience. I refer them to all of my friends and family as well. I will continue to use them forever if they let me 😉. An actual person answers every call and they are VERY responsive to every request.

Gillette Heating and Air have been PHENOMENAL! We received bids from 3-4 different companies, and Gillette was the only one that took the time to educate us as well as help us understand what our goal was. Combining that with our budget, we worked with them and found the perfect system for our home that didn't break the bank.
When it came time for our install, our techs arrived on time and promptly got to work, reaching out as needed every step of the way. I really feel like they went above and beyond to show us that they cared about our install and us as a customer. They even took the time after to verify we understood how to run our system, walked through warranties again, and made us feel comfortable before walking out the door. Great job, great install, and great experience overall!

I believe I got a fair price on my furnace and AC. I also received excellent financing terms. I was not impressed with the initial installation and had a lot of questions and concerns. However, my salesman jumped on it immediately and got the installation supervisor to my house within a day or two. The supervisor agreed with my concerns and had a different crew back to my house, again, within a day or two. The new guys fixed the problems to the point where I was pleased with the work. In addition, the initial installation included a new cold air return where they cut into my ceiling. I was not happy at all with the resulting sound and noise of the new return; I voiced this to the supervisor and Gillette had a contractor come and patch the hole. No additional cost to me. If I’m being honest, I would have preferred the job done right and to my satisfaction the first time. I think anyone would. However, I think you learn a lot about a company when things don’t go as planned. From my salesman, to the office staff, to the technicians, everyone was responsive, did not dismiss my concerns, and resolved everything quickly and professionally. I am impressed by Gillette’s integrity and focus on customer service and satisfaction. I get it. Not everything is going to be done perfectly every time. So, when things get a little sideways, how does a company respond and treat their customers? My experience shows Gillette is a company with integrity and worthy of the their excellent reviews. So, ya, a 5 star review even though they had to come back and fix a few things.

Sean Bailey saved my butt. During a remodel for a customer the furnace stopped working and it's supposed to be below freezing tonight. I called Gillette and Sean was here within 15 minutes. He was even on his way home and went out of his way to drop by and check things out. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got the problem resolved right away. Heat is back in the home and my anxiety is gone. Thanks Sean!
Oh and It was also super easy to call in and get someone scheduled to come out. Very quick and very responsive which I really appreciated!

Shaun is the owner and top notch business man. He was out helping his on call crew on a saturday. He cares about his staff and customers. There's no need to waste time with other HVAC companies. I placed the call Saturday at 12pm, their dispatch had them scheduled at 4pm. They were right on time. Knew what was wrong and fixed my problem in 15 minutes. Blown capacitor. If your a cheap a-- don't waste their time. Their skills are by far better them others we've called over the years in different homes.
